Nolan did a fantastic job fixing the leak in my hvac system! Marshall Mechanical came out for a same day fix with no surcharge. Will be using them again!

This is a great company they were very good to work with. The staff was very friendly and have great follow up and communication. The tech communicated issues and made it happen same day to get my coolers and freezers online and working.

Marshall was quite punctual and very quick. I appreciated his explanations and guidance explaining exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Marshall. I am 100% positive Fearrins will be using them in the near future.

Aaron with Marshall Mechanical was a great help when our water heater went out. He explained the problem and had a quick resolution. He was friendly and professional! They were able to get us on the schedule the same day we called.

I just want to say that Kayla was absolutely amazing in understanding my needs and concerns and talking through things with me. Michael was very knowledgeable and was to diagnose and fix the issue l had. I highly recommend Marshall Mechanical Michael is an outstanding technician and went above and beyond.

Installed a mini split for me, 18000 BTU, the techs were completed in five hours and did an absolutely top notch job. Any future HVAC work that I have, I will definitely call Marshall. I got a fair solid price and I could not be happier with the results.

Marshall Mechanical was able to get to us the same day we reported the problem with our furnace. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and made sure everything was in working order (including our air conditioning) before leaving. Would highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Got an appointment scheduled for next day! The problem was solved easily and didn't have to get a new a/c unit. Easy to work with and everyone I spoke to were so kind! Will definitely use them again!

We had a couple tickets submitted. The first ticket was submitted for our business for a furnace not working. The service techs arrived and had the issue resolved very quickly. They stayed and tested a few things on the furnace to make sure that their assesment was correct. After they were satisfied that there assesment was correct they followed up by making sure we understood how to prevent this issue in the future.
Our issues turned out to be that we were not changing out air filters enough and it was causing the furnace to lock out for safety. This was not a new issue to us but the first time Marshall had been there for this issue. Mike was the first tech to explain why we had the issue and how we can prevent the issue in the future.

The second ticket was submitted for a thermostat that took a static electric shock and stopped responding. The techs were quick to diagnose the issue. Before they left they had the parts ordered and had a estimate time for fixing the issue. The part came in overnight and Mike was prompt to be back the next day and replace the thermostat.
Our crews have been extremely please with the service and responsiveness.

marshal always does amazing work for us. Mike is always very thorough when it comes to inspecting problems and making sure everything is taken care of before we leaving the job. I recommend this company 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend Marshall Mechanical Heating, Cooling. Called them this morning with emergency with my heat no turning off. They were out to my house within 2 hours worked on my heating system got the problem solved, very professional and polite . Would recommend them fir their service.

Marshall Mechanical installed a whole new HVAC and A/C system for my parents and they did Great. They were efficient and were able add much needed floor vents to the kitchen and sewing room, which is a great relief for my Mom!! Highly recommend Marshall Mechanical!!

I first meet Erik and his Team after years of dealing with commercial HVAC troubles. As a Facilities Manager, I was relieved to be able to build a relationship with Marshall Mechanical. The Team was instrumental in overcoming problems of years in the making.
Since, I found my own home in need of HVAC upgrades. I turned to Erik and his Team. They installed a brand new system, that is so advanced it excited the team to have an opportunity to install. We live in a 1950's house, I was a little worried about installing such a modern system. Now I am so happy we did. Our house now provides us a very comfortable environment all year long. My wife loves being able to adjust the thermostat from anywhere on here cell phone. We decided to upgrade our filtration system, what a difference that has made. It helps defend against viruses and germs. Marshall Mechanical did an amazing job. Erik takes pride in his team, supports them and his community. He believes in training and development of tradesperson. It is a real honor to have a great relationship with "The Marshall." I work for Mainstream Fiber. We had an AC unit that keeps one of our cabinets cool and it died. We couldn’t find anyone to even look at it. These guys said to bring it to them…in a week they fix d them 100%! Amazing service…amazing people and amazing work! Trust these guys with ALL you HVAC needs!!! Thanks everyone there!
