Had water heater leak. Called y'all around noon. By 1:30 you were onsite and replaced heater with two great installers who knew what they were doing. By 4:30 we had hot water. New water heater is much better model than original. Great service! Many thanks!

I called Kellie Plumbing about fixing my clogged kitchen sink drain. They responded with service the same morning that I called. The service technician, Erin, was very polite, profession, and corrected the problem within an hour. Job well done!

We had an outdoor spigot that would not close. I thought we were going to have to replace the entire spigot. Instead they cleaned it out and it works like new. We called at 9pm on a Friday night and since it was not an immediate emergency we shut off our water and they were at our house at 9am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I had to pay the weekend charge, but it was worth it to have my water back on again. Another plumber could have replaced the faucet and charged me double, but Kellie plumbing was honest. He even showed me how to clean it out the next time if it happens again. I will call them when I have another plumbing problem.

As usual, my experience with Kellie Plumbing was very positive. I had a new shower head and tub faucet installed..........it was a complicated procedure in an old house like ours, but our favorite plumber, Denis Jiminez, took the extra time necessary to do the job right. Everything works perfectly. ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!

Called Kellie Plumbing and made an appointment to clear a clogged drain. Dave was here within a couple of hours, cleared the drain quickly and with affordable prices. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful time. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Franklin area!

Just had a new sump pump installed. Two previous plumbing services never could get the installation right. I guess the problem was the backup. In any case, Dennis from Kellie took care of the problem all in one visit. When a customer does not understand plumbing, you are at their mercy for correct info. Kellie did not take advantage and offered what we needed. The cost was reasonable. Dennis was professional and courteous too. I know who I will call for any other plumbing problems that should arise. I think this is the highest compliment I could give- Give them a call, you won't regret it one bit!!!

We paid $50 for Benjamin Franklin to show up late and tell us that we needed an entire re-piping and a septic pump. The septic guy said our tank was fine, so we got a second opinion on the piping. We called Kellie and their guys showed up about 30 minutes after hanging up. They fixed the clog in less than 20 minutes and charged a modest rate. I will always go to them first from here on out. Great service and great response time.

When we had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night, Johnson Kellie went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they travel 45 minutes to our house, they diagnosed the issue immediately and gave us a real, long term solution, not just a quick fix.
From start to finish, the plumbers were knowledgeable and professional. We are extremely happy with their work and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Had work done in bathroom. 2 months later the other bathroom needed the same. Another guy was 67% less. Kellie rates are outrageous

$1,025 for nothing. Called to have main drain cleaned at my restaurant, still clogged. Made a total mess at the back of my building washing sewage onto my neighbors property. Not a good experience.

Extremely disappointed with our experience. We had a bad leak in one of our bathrooms under the sink where the pipe had broken when trying to install a new faucet. The water to the whole house had to be shut off and of course this happened on July 4th. I called around 15 plumbers, and Johnson Kellie was the only one that would come out on the holiday. The guy explained their $89 charge just to come out and diagnose which I agreed to. No one else would come out that day and we have a toddler so we were hoping this could get resolved that day. I knew what needed to be done, but I'm not skilled enough to do it. The plumber came in and looked down at where the pipe was broken and within 1 second of seeing it started on about how this was not good and he was going to have to tear up the floor and put all new piping in. We then went down to the basement for him to check out if there was access from underneath. Our basement is finished so of course there isn't access. He continues on about how big of a job this is going to be. I asked him why he couldn't just cut the pipe by the floor to even it off and add a piece to connect the new pipe instead of cutting everything out and spending a fortune. He thought about it and proceeded to say he could possibly do that but I'd have to hold the sink up for him so it didn't fall on him. No big deal considering it was bolted to the wall. He pulls open his notebook where he ALREADY had a number written down for an estimate BEFORE he ever looked at our issue. At that point, I had made my decision that this wasn't going to happen. Nonetheless, I asked him where he got that number from. He began to explain and was including pieces/parts that I already had. He told me he would have to get new ones and that would be about $150 for parts that I literally just paid $18 for at Menards. He then agreed to remove that charge but he somehow had to add other charges in. Throughout the whole experience he talked way more about costs than of an actual solution to our problem. I felt robbed of our $89 as we never received a genuine evaluation. I had to be the one that came up with the solution that should have been stated from the start. I had another plumber in the next morning and he completed the job within 1 hour and did exactly what I thought without needing my guidance. He also charged only a tad more than the fee from Kellie just to diagnose, and he actually completed the job. I wasn't going to post anything until the experience after July 4th because I didn't want to post something negative when I know there are many people throughout the company, and this plumber was just one person. However, a few weeks later I get a voicemail from someone with Kellie asking for my thoughts on the experience. I called back and that person wasn't there so I left a message with the lady who answered, and she said that person would call me back the next day. A week goes by...nothing. I call back and leave a message with a different lady. Another week goes by...nothing. I call back again and the same lady answers from the 2nd phone call. She tells me the guy who called me is an intern and she's not sure why he isn't calling me back. She asks if there is something she can help with and I just explain the situation to her and that I was asked for my feedback. She tells me she is forwarding my message on to the vice president and that I will hear from him that evening or at worst the following Monday. That was a few weeks ago and still no call. That tells me how much they care about my poor experience with their plumber, and that's why I felt the need to write about this after I realized the pattern. This was no longer only one person involved. This appears to be a company issue.
