Chase the owner is legit. He will explain everything to you and answer any questions you have as a homeowner. He was very easy to schedule and arrived early. One of the most important things now days is he won't break the bank either. He will give you a fair price and after the service you will realize you just found your new HVAC/Heat pump guy. Thanks Chase and I hope I don't need you anymore this decade...lol

I woke up and had water spraying out of a my water heater. I messaged Chase and he replied immediately. I told him a time that worked best for me and he was good with that. He showed up on a Saturday evening and fixed my issue in a very professional way. He uses quality parts. He’s very friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing! I would recommend him highly.

I was told by WARD'S Heating and Cooling to contact an electrician because we were having trouble with circuit boards quitting. A Family Member advised Chase Crager of Emerald Vines of what we needed. He showed up exactly at the time he quoted, came in and looked things over and found out the wrong circuit board was to blame (for a rooftop unit not a unit we have)! He went and got the right part and installed it!! Thank You Chase for your service, honesty and help! We truly appreciate it. We're Seniors on a very limited budget!! I 100% recommend Emerald Vines!!
