This company is a disaster. They delivered the wrong materials and refused to help when we tried to resolve the issue by calling them.

We hired a technician to inspect and repair our furnace. Instead of just fixing the issue, they installed a new gas valve that wasn't necessary. The bill came out to be over $360 for the part. When we tried to follow up on the problem, no one answered their phone. It took multiple attempts before someone finally called back, supposedly to address the issue and provide some form of refund. However, we've heard nothing since then. Given our experience, I won't be using this company again to fix any other problems.
