We had an Amana heat pump installed by Rick's repair about 3 years ago. It runs perfectly and is so energy efficient. We have the yearly contract to keep it in tip top shape. I would highly recommend using Rick's repair for new installations and service.

Ricks maintains my heating and air. My furnace is over 25 year old and they have always told me it’s in great shape. Ever get a feeling somebodies trying to sell you something you don’t need, well I’ve never gotten it with these folks. On top of that they are always super friendly.

Rick's Repair was able to get my furnace going when I was out of town a while back. My wife said the house was cold and the furnace wasn't coming on. I called Rick's Repair and the next morning, Jarod came out, diagnosed the issue and got the heat back on for her. If you need your unit worked on, these are the folks to call. I get the Ultimate Savings plan that includes a visit in the spring to make sure my a/c is ready for summer. And a visit in the fall to make sure my furnace is ready for winter. I'm confident that Rick's Repair is the best choice in our area for quality a/c and furnace repairs!

The individuals I spoke to on the phone (Dillon & Ruth) were so nice and helpful. They worked me in right away, which was such a relief with a little one at home. The tech who came to my home (Chris) was professional and friendly. He checked everything and presented me with reasonable options and no sales pressure. Wonderful people/company to work with. :)

The technician was great! Our air wasn't working when the technical arrived for our annual maintenance contract tune up. He found a broken Capacitor and fixed without additional charge. He cleaned the system and has it running perfectly (since April). It has never been better after 12 years. Everyone at Rick's has been great to work with and I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. It is a local family owned and operated business. They were able to come fix our problem within 24 hours. Our serviceman was clean, wore a mask, wore booties, was professional, knowledgeable, educated me on the problem, things to look out for, and got us fixed up in about 1.5 hours.

For the excellent service provided from the time we booked the appointment to the courtesy call to let us know he was about 20 minutes away, I thought it was a very reasonable price. I would use again in the future and would recommend to a friend.

We have been using Rick’s Repairs for all of our HVAC services for almost a decade now. Their maintenance plan is great and a good reminder to have your system cleaned and inspected twice/year. After getting a quote of $6k for repair and a recommendation to replace my package unit at a price of $12k from one of the larger HVAC companies, I reached out to Rick's for a second opinion.
