It was 4th of July and wasn’t sure I could get anyone to help. Carl’s answered right away and was here quickly. He quickly diagnosed it and fixed it. His price was fabulous! I highly recommend using them!

My assistant Vicki Miller, had Carl out & was extremely impressed with the service. I was told by another H&C company that I needed a new air conditioning unit but actually did not! Spreading the word on this one!
Now Don wants to use them for his properties too!!

Carl recently installed a new furnace & A/C for me. Doing business with Carl's is the kind of experience that you always hope to get. Honest, fair, reasonably priced, courteous, reliable, great product & service. Highly recommended.

Always dependable, thoughtful, and professional. Came out after installation to manage noise in a vent. Adjusted electronic system and added sound mufflers in multiple vents until we were 100% happy.
There was no charge to ensure we were totally happy with the original installation.

We hard Carl come out and replace both our furnace and a/c. They were very professional, more than competitively priced! I have ans will continue to recommend using this company. "I have a guy"!

I called at 6:30pm because I thought there was a problem with my heat pump. Carl was here in 20 minutes and said everything was fine with it. He checked it all out and only charged for the cost of a check up which, was very responsibly priced. Very happy with the service and I would recommend them any day!!

These dudes are outstanding! They're a small business company, and they do the best service. They came to our house on Christmas Day when it was 11° outside last year. And we just called them up today to come out to fix our AC unit. Super nice very quick, and outstanding prices. You won't pay an arm and a leg for them to come out! I definitely refer them over anybody else.

Had a nightmare dealing with other AC companies until I called up Carl's AC. They were very timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. They fixed my leaky AC issue that 2 other companies couldn't fix (even after several visits.

Great company. When my a/c went out a co-worker referred Carl’s to me. Carl came to quote the job. Carl did the install. Carl and his son replaced our furnace a couple years later. This morning we woke up with no a/c. Carl came out on a Sunday, Father’s Day to do the service call. He was earlier than promised. Got done quickly. Topped off the Freon. The repair was covered by the warranty. Locally owned and operated. Quality. This is what I look for in businesses I deal with.

Five out of five stars! Did an amazing job installing the new furnace and AC unit and made sure everything was perfect. Carl also found some issues with the air ducts and fix those and some other issues from the past furnace.

Carl came to the house and gave a quick no nonsense bid. Gave a fair price and when we had the money, we scheduled the installation of our new HVAC system. They came in with the right amount of people and had everything installed pretty quickly. They showed up on time, even a little early. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area looking better than when they arrived.

Carl and his son installed a heat pump system in my house last week. His pricing was extremely competitive. The other guys quotes were higher and they were using inferior products. Carl uses “American Standard” equipment which is the highest rated equipment for reliability. He gives you a 1 year labor-10 year parts warranty as well. Don’t make the mistake of calling the number that the home builder attached to your system. In my case those guys prices were 35% higher than Carl’s. You would be crazy not to at least get a quote from this guy. Google “American Standard” as well and you will see they have the fewest problems.

These people were great. They are knowledgeable, professional, thorough, honest and fair. I will use them for all my hvac needs from here on out. I highly recommend this company. Carl who came out for the repairs is a very nice and friendly technician.

Carl and sons replaced my AC unit yesterday. I can't say enough about them. Professional, hard working, and they fixed things beyond the scope of work. They are the only heating and air conditioning company I will ever use.

I called Carl’s to come out and give me an estimate for a new HVAC system. I knew that the main board was bad, but was told by other companies that a board may not fix the problem. They suggested that I replace the AC and furnace. Carl’s said that I didn’t need a new furnace, and replaced the board and thermostat for a very fair price. So far so good. I highly recommend this company.

Not only did they come out on a holiday(July 4th) but came out within an hour of me contacting them. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Carl was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Carl Jr. was very thorough in servicing our HVAC system, completing regular maintenance plus fixing a known issue for a very affordable price. He gave detailed answers to all of my questions and was pleasant and professional. Despite our system being older and a bit mismatched, he did not upsell products that were not needed at this time. We will be calling them next time our AC system needs service!

Carl's Heating and Cooling is one of the best. I needed a new furnace. After several opinions and offers from other companies, I was recommended to Carl's. He blew the competition away on price and professional knowledge. Very professional and completely honest about what we needed in a new furnace. No gimmicks or attempt to sell us the top of the line models or anything that we did not need. Carl and his crew showed up on the day of the install at the exact time they said they would be here. No mess left behind. Looks like they might even had swept the area when completed. Top notch service from beginning to end. Carl you will have our business for life.

I have to say Carl's Heating and cooling is a class act family owned company. They diagnosed my system quickly and had honest, fair priced solutions. On install day they were prompt efficient and prepared. For any Heating and cooling needs I would call Carls for a fair honest service call, the enitre family is great to work with.
