They are honest,knowledgeable and professional. Have used on several occasions. On one occasion they squeezed us in for a emergency. (I had water backing up from a drain in the basement) I'm always extremely skeptical when using someone new, seeing was believing. My father was a master plumber and learned to spot good work. The price is fair (well worth the quality they deliver) We've never been disappointed,neither will you be. 👍🏆

We've been using Gatlin (Jeff) since our kids were toddlers. Our kids are now in their 20s. In the past few years Eddie has been coming out too to fix things for us . We used Gatlin when we added on to our house. They're union so you know repairs and installation will be correct, safe and professional. The guys are always prompt and awesome.

What a wonderful experience we had from start to finish with Gatlin.

When I called Gatlin, we had gone through the ringer. The water backup in our basement and the ensuing rehab left us frazzled and worn out. Having to face a sanitary line replacement was scary. We spoke with other companies and were becoming more stressed. All that ceased once we called Gatlin!

The phone call with Greg, was very professional, he was patient, and asked questions that expressed he wanted to understand our concerns.
My husband, and I, had many questions after meeting with the estimator. All questions were answered in a timely manner, and we always felt like the lines of communication were open.

When the crew came to our home, we were amazed at how quiet the whole process was given the extent of excavation and the number of workers.

Gatlin prides itself in having master craftsmen on their team. Healthy communication techniques and good people skills are clearly valued because the crew worked together in harmony. Every person on property cared for and respected each other and our home. So glad we chose Gatlin!

The Gatlin guys (Rob, Josh, and Eddie) all did solid work on our remodel and plumbing issues. They work quickly, are focused, detail-oriented, patient (remodels can be stressful :)), and all-around most excellent in getting the jobs done well, promptly, professionally, and graciosly. I highly recommend Gatlin. It's good to be able to trust a company and know that you'll get good service. We got that from Gatlin, and we have found our new go-to plumber!
UPDATE, 7/7/21: Jeff and Eddie to the rescue, again! We had a rotted metal pipe behind our kitchen wall that was leaking through the basement ceiling. We are SO thankful that Jeff and Eddie were able to do the work at very short notice. They were prompt, caring, professional, thorough, patient, detail-oriented, and they cleaned up after themselves (always a plus :). These are decent guys, pros, and we are grateful to have found such solid plumbers.

Rob was so nice and did an amazing job! Free flow environmental quoted us twice the price as Gatlin and wouldn't guarantee it would even fix the problem after a couple hours of trying to figure out the problem. Rob from Gatlin comes into check out our plumbing issue and took less than an hour. Their quote even included replacing our water heater. We were very pleased with the work Rob did. Definitely saving their info for future issues.

I’ve used Gatlin a couple times over the years and their guys are always really fast and professional! my sump pump battery was tripping an alarm after the power came back from all the storms last week, and it took maybe an hour to get it fixed with the guy that came out. grateful for this place!

I had another plumber out for a clogged main and he was gracious enough to tell me he didn’t have the right equipment and suggested I call Gatlin, because he was certain they would be able to do it if anyone could. Not only did they get the clog fixed in a very timely and professional manner (they were here about an hour after I called and I live 40 mins from their shop), but Eddie was about as good a guy as you’re gonna find and super knowledgeable about what he was doing as well. My first and only call for future plumbing needs will absolutely be Gatlin! If you have plumbing needs, call the courteous, professional, knowledgeable folks at Gatlin and be confident it’ll get done without them trying to do extra work you don’t need. Oh, and I was also very pleased with the price!

Fixed my sink that had plagued me for 5 weeks. Jeff is an angel! Was on time, worked quickly, inexpensive, and just seemed like a nice guy! Sooo happy I don't have to plunge out my sink anymore. 😂 Go with Gatlin!

I'd like to thank Gatlin Plumbing for the exceptional plumbers sent to my house today (12-8-25) to snake my drain and replace my kitchen sink. The two excellent plumbers are Robert and Noah, they were great. Gatlin Plumbing is my only call from here on.

I would have went with Gatlin because I've heard good things, but I just called and the lady who answers the phone was extremely rude and snarky. That's the opening line to your company..just saying you might want to find a new receptionist!
