TLC Plumbing is the BEST! I was a newbie & 2 things jumped out at me:

1) Cindy got my appt. setup immediately! In addition, soon as there was a cancelation, I was notified. I had a leak & time mattered.

2) Chris W, the plumber sent, was beyond professional! He educated me on how everything was setup & on my options. I live in a condo with multiple units attached. Chris W had to deal with multiple residents. He helped us all coordinate the repair without any issues. He made the entire experience stress free.

TLC is the answer! I'm 1,000% satisfied & will use TLC going forward! Thank you!

Our very first time using TLC Plumbing was last Sunday and Monday at my son's house with a septic problem. Being my son is a newish homeowner the situation was definitely overwhelming for him. But from start to finish the friendliness, professionalism, respect, patience, and kindness, made the situation so much easier to get through. We would definitely recommend them highly! I contacted TLC for warranty service on a defective part on a water heater. They went above and beyond. We have a special needs son that can't really shower in facilities that are not designed for him. Our hot water was out for a week while I dealt with Rheem. TLC had someone out a half hour after I called upon receiving the part from Rheem. Not to mention they also correctly diagnosed the problem and contacted Rheem to order the part after Rheem initially sent the wrong part. The ladies in the office are friendly and accommodating and the service guys were helpful and professional. This family-operated business was very gracious to us!

TLC did an excellent job working on our house! TLC is a trusts-worthy honest Christian based business with fair prices and I would use them again if I need plumbing services. I give them an A1 rating!

TLC plumbing has been our plumber for 20 years. No problems ever while completing repairs and major improvements to our numerous properties. Very glad I met Terry and his wife Cindy. If you need a repair done right, call them, they always stand by their work!

I called TLC because I suspected a cracked sewer line outside my home. TLC sent Keenan out first thing in the morning. Keenan was able to quickly identify the problem and formed an action plan to correct. His communication skills were on point. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He spent extra time to make sure the line was rodded out completely before repairing crack and gave us sound advice for our unique plumbing situation. The repair bill was far cheaper than other companies. If you’re looking for reasonable pricing, knowledgeable employees, honest company and quality work TLC should be the company you call first.
