My elderly mother had a Home Warranty who wrote off her washer as junk. After calling several appliance repair companies Prime Appliance Services accepted the job and much to our suprise the technician found that a part had simply disconnected its self so he reconnected it charged my mom 90 dollars for the job while home warranty was charging 800. Prime Appliance Services is 100% HONEST!

I use this company exclusively anytime one of my utilities or appliances has an issue. He does great work. Every time he comes out either the problem gets solved or the parts get ordered.

Our NXR Range stopped heating, they came and had it working very quickly! Clean and professional technician . Office staff very friendly. Was late by 10 minutes but overall happy.

I'd give Victor 6 stars if I could. 16 year old washing machine was leaking. Prompt response, he was clear about possible causes and costs, and he had the part on his truck!

I called and they came out the same day. The tech and his trainee were professional and friendly. They also came with masks on without being asked. The price was fair for the work they did. I will definitely use them again.
