Jordan was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being in my home. And had it fixed in no time. He was very thorough in his inspections before and after the job was completed. He gave us great reassurance and made us feel very confident about choosing your company moving forward. His presence in our home was great. A very well rounded young man. Very confident in his abilities. This guy has a great future moving forward.

David Mantuck just completed a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. We are very impressed with his thoroughness in completing these various tasks. He was friendly and professional answering all our questions and making suggestions that will prolong our home’s infrastructure. He didn’t hurry through his inspection, but carefully checked every area that contained plumbing. We are pleased to recommend him to you all.

Summers saved the day! Todd and Zach were dispatched same-day. They solved our immediate problem, which was a BIG problem, and we look forward to their return later in the summer to get our heating system ready for the fall! Sept 12: Richard came out and took photos of the pipes in the crawlspace for the team coming later. He had to squeeze into a pretty small space and get some lighting in there but he was efficient and got it done. Corey and Gage came out shortly thereafter and replaced the lines and recharged the system and bled out their air. The only complaint is that I wish they would have asked me for maybe plastic to put under the bottom of the cardboard box our new water heater was stored in because they ended up getting quite a bit of water on the basement floor and it soaked the cardboard box bottom so that's ruined. We hadn't planned on messing with that right now, and now we have another job to do. Other than that, things seem fine. I wont really know until it gets cold out and we fire up the boiler, but I am optimistic. I think you really can't do better than this company - especially if you have a boiler!

Super awesome, friendly, tried his best! Poor guy spent 3 hours trying to help rip tree roots out our drain and unfortunately it needs just replaced. Explained everything and was super helpful

Thank you to Richard Cornett of Summers Heating & Cooling. He did excellent work in helping repair our ac system. He also went the extra mile checking on another problem at our clothes dryer exhaust area.

We did not end up going with this company just because of price but when we have their associate Todd come out to do a quote, he was one of the nicest guy we have ever met. So kind and honest. He actual took measurements and was really in depth about what we wanted done. This is a great company just wasn’t the right one for us at this moment in our lives.

Tallon was very helpful. He got answers to questions that I had and was very polite and friendly.

The service operator was able to get me on the work list the day I called about my air conditioner. Andrew Rethlake is the service man who came to my house. This is the 2nd time he has been to my house to do work for me. He is such a nice young man. He is very personable, explained exactly what my problem was and how he was going to fix it. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided.

Ayden provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing matter we discussed. He clearly explained the process for the work and concisely answered all of my questions. He was courteous and professional in all respects. The office is very responsive to questions, as well. I appreciate the text reminders and alerts as to when the technicians will arrive.

Summer's answered my call right away. Gage and Corey are amazing. I was so thankful they were able to come out the same day. They were thorough and patient about answering my questions and explaining ALL my options without being pushy. I'm very happy with their service. Thanks! :)

I really appreciate having a trustworthy, local service company like Summers. Always friendly service people. Mason did thorough work and was eager to make sure his work was complete and to my satisfaction. He took time to clean up after himself as well.

Todd was amazing. We have always been happy with our service at Summers but Todd went above and beyond to walk us through everything that was going on with our systems. We ended up needing a full replacement and he helped get us some extra discounts. Thanks Todd!

Greg came out to take a look at out furnace, he was great, super professional and nice. Answered any questions I had and kept me informed of what was happening, took pictures and videos of issues and explained them well.
