Brad came when he said he would. He was friendly and professional. He had everything he needed to repair my dryer and did so, quickly and at a fair price.

Bought a used upright freezer at a great price that included hauling my old freezer away. Delivery guys were on time and very careful moving things in and out. Will definitely recommend to others!

To Miss Langford beneath me. The 79.95 is the trip charge, that is just for us to come out and diagnose the issue in which our technician ran the diagnosis and you had a bad motor. Your 10 year warranty is with LG not with broard ripple appliance. We dont know when you bought it. I informed you on what I would do. The 79.95 is a trip charge. The date the store inventory the machine and the manufacturer's date are different. We are not factory certified to work on the manufactures warranties.

I want to join others in recommending this business. Brad came on time, diagnosed what was wrong with the refrigerator promptly, and not being able to resurrect the appliance in a cost effective way, gave me excellent advice on where to go to replace it, in a cost effective way.

Washer malfunctioned. Called and received next day service. Brad was timely, professional, safety-conscious (wore a mask) and was very efficient. Price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend.

A very experienced repair man came to the house the day after I called about a washer repair. He diagnosed the problems in less than a minute, just by listening to the machine. Repairs completed in about 20 minutes, and at a reasonable price. Very nice guy, and he seemed to be an appliance genius. Best appliance service experience I've ever had.

Our timer was broken on our dryer and we went in to Broad Ripple Appliance. We were immediately helped and solved the issue. They were so genuinely kind. I love local businesses and would highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs. We will be back!

These guys were fantastic. Not pushy at all. He asked what I was looking for and how nice I wanted for it to be. He helped me to look at the machines and didn’t care that I was looking the machines up online. Some items are scratch and dent, some have been previously used and have been repaired. Everything comes with a 6 month warranty. I would definitely come back here again!

Excellence service provided by Brad! He was very professional and prompted. He came out and diagnosed what was wrong with my washer and advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than spending the $388 it would cost to fix the one I had. he didn't even charge me a trip fee! Definitely recommend them for appliance repair.

Jeff helped me locate a water inlet valve for my broken old dishwasher. I had called prior to going in, due to having to bring my 2 year old twins with me. We were not able to figure out if he had may part over the phone, because I work in medicine not appliances and have no idea what I am doing. Jeff had me come in but stay in my car with the twins while he ran back and forth finding my part and completing the transaction. I am happy to say the dishwasher is up and running because of Jeff's help.

WOW! Dryer stopped heating - tried to save some $$$ by trying to fix myself by replacing thermostat - nope - contacted these guys - they sent BRAD and ZOOM - he was fast, efficient, super friendly - best $$$ I've spent in a long time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Korrie at their office/showroom very nice and helpful too. They made my day.

The receptionist was really nice, which set the tone, being already stressed at the thought of losing food. Then Brad showed up! "Awesome" guy! Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and thorough. Brad just came out. I live in a 1957 home with all eras of updates. My wife and I within the last year installed oak flooring in the kitchen. This same oak flooring made it impossible to take out dishwasher out. Brad pointed out that the fill hose to my dishwasher had simply popped off. We had the option to take off our newly installed granite countertops, or cut a hole in the side of our 1957 metal cabinets to access the fix. Brad pointed out how I should go about this fix, left without charging me a dime, and I actually got the fix done. Brads honesty will cause me to call Broad Ripple service next time.

Had a great experience with this company for my dryer repair. I found them through Angie’s List, requested a quote yesterday, Brad called yesterday evening, and when we connected this morning, he made a suggestion that could have saved me a service call. Turns out I needed a service call, and he was able to come today! Brad was professional and quick! He showed me what was wrong with the dryer, and explained why it was happening. I’m glad he stuck the company’s magnet on my appliance before he left because I will definitely have them back; heck, I’ve already recommended them to a friend. 🙂

My electric dryer quit producing heat. I called Broad Ripple to request a service call and Brad came out the very same day. He was very thorough. He replaced the faulty parts and cleaned out the interior of the dryer. He was very efficient. He answered all of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The service charge and price for the parts was more than reasonable (and was much cheaper than purchasing a new dryer). I will absolutely use Broad Ripple's services the next time one of my appliances fail.
