Patty is awesome she is always so friendly when answering the phones. I missed hearing her cheerful voice the past few months. I call hundreds of contractors a day and Patty is my favorite. She makes you feel like a bestfriend which you haven't talked to in a long time.

We had a great experience with CCT Underground. They were contracted by Comcast to bury a line for our cable/internet service. They were not informed by Comcast about our irrigation system, and in the process of placing the wire our irrigation pipes were damaged in two places. Although this was a mistake, likely due to miscommunication between the two companies, I was impressed specifically by Jacob with CCT Underground who came out to evaluate and fix our damaged irrigation piping. He was incredibly professional and worked hard to ensure our irrigation system was repaired in its entirety. Very pleased with his work and attitude throughout the entire situation.

I am so pleased with the service I received from CCT Underground. My experience with this company was excellent. As a subcontractor for Comcast, they worked in a cooperative effort with Comcast to address the installation of my cable. They communicated with me and Comcast, so all parties were aware of scheduling and getting the work done in a prompt and timely manner. CCT Underground personnel was most responsive during the task and keeping me informed. The technician responsible for the installation of the cable was a seasoned experienced individual. The work ethic of this business is integrity and sincerity for the individuals they service. Much appreciation is extended to those I have been in communication. KUDOS to CCT Underground.

We have had the pleasure of working with CCT Underground as our main drop contractor for almost 2 years now . They were once 1 of 3 contractors and have since taken over as the sole contactor for all of our white marking , aerial drop work , UG drop work and drop splicing . Matt R is a superstar and is always on top of the workload whether we give them 10 drop jobs or 250 drop jobs . And while not immune to the occasional issue or problem they are always quick to address any issues and make them right . If it is a certain crew that is causing the problems they are very quick to get it remedied or they move that crew on down the road . The owner , Jason , is always available for any concerns , questions , ideas or issues that arise . We cover multiple counties and CCT has always been up to the task to complete any and all jobs in a timely manner . We have not had any issues arise that were not made right and made right quickly .

Contracted by Comcast to bury my cable. Left the yard a mess.

Guy busted my glass outdoor table and refused to take responsibility for it. I have substantial evidence and they just deny deny deny. Now i have to file a small claim in court whitch is going to cost me more than the table is worth itself. If you do not have security cameras on your property do not use CCT underground.

This company was contracted by Xfinity to run cable for my neighbor's hook up. This company dug a 3.5 foot hole in my yard and tried to run the cable under my driveway, but instead ran it through my driveway. The black top has been cracked and broken. They also put a hole in the center of my driveway. There is a lateral crack running almost the entire length of the driveway from the cable they forced into it. It's been 4 weeks and they are giving me the run around and not responsive on repairing this. Furthermore, I can see the exposed cable. I'm getting an attorney.

CCT Underground came and buried our lines from Comcast. Their technician had used a ditch witch and flown gravel everywhere, causing our outdoor dining table to shatter. The manager came out and stated it was just a crazy coincidence and it could not had possibly been his employee, even though our neighbor witnessed, saw the machine they were using and all. We did not ask for compensation, we did not ask for money. We simply wanted it to be made known, and the manager refused to acknowledge his employee could had possibly done this nor make any attempt to correct the situation. He was so rude, and lacked any form of empathy. I have 3 small children, they cannot play on our deck now because no matter how much we clean up glass, we still manage to find more. If you do not have cameras on your property, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not take responsibility for their actions!

Contractor did not make presence known before entering property. Of course I approached and asked who they were and why they were on the property. They rolled their eyes, responded with hostility, and acted like I'm ruining their job. They should knock on the door, introduce themselves, and explain why they're on the property. The interaction was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Edit: The contractor severed Internet connection and did not restore the connection before leaving resulting in no Internet access. Now I must call the Internet company and request maintenance.
