Neighbor Serve is absolutely amazing. The service I receive is absolutely the gold standard in customer service. They are always available to me and have a high sense of urgency to responding to all my questions and requests. The professionals that they have put me in touch with have also been exceptional. I can't express what a game changer Neighbor Serve has been to my real estate business and my clients.

I cannot speak highly enough about how well everything worked between Neighbor Serve and Homesense!! Neighbor Serve connects homeowners with local, highly trusted contractors so that when problems arise, there is no need for worry or stress!! In January 2025 when the temperature was in the negatives, I woke up one morning and my furnace wasn’t working. I immediately went to the Neighbor Serve website and found a recommended HVAC company. I called Homesense and they said they would get out that same afternoon. Then about 8:15 am, I talked again with Homesense and they said they were able to get a technician out earlier. The technician showed up at 10 am and quickly found and fixed the minor problem. The technician was a 30-year HVAC veteran, 11 of those years with Homesense, and was so friendly and helpful! He mentioned that we should get signed up for the spring and fall HVAC checkups/maintenance. I felt no pressure, no unethical sales stuff, and I wasn’t taken advantage of in the middle of an extremely cold season here in Indiana with a broken furnace. For all of your home needs, pay 8 bucks a month to access Neighbor Serve and if you need a great HVAC company, call Homesense. I am looking forward to being another long-term Homesense customer! Thank you, Homesense for amazing service!!

Neighbor Serve is a great service! It's such a hassle to maintain your home when you have to meet with contractors for each trade and then get multiple quotes. Who has that much time to take off work? I highly recommend their Concierge program. It has saved time and money far beyond the minimal cost of their expertise and service. Neighbor Serve is about the easiest company to use. They answer the phone and get you information quicker than if I got on Google to try and search people in my area. Jason had a contractor ready to go when my mother in laws furnace was having an issue.
