This was the 3rd one we tried while shopping for a regular cleaning service —the 3rd time is the charm!
Jasmine and Brandy arrived exactly on time. They were well-groomed, dressed appropriately, friendly, and professional.
Everything that they touched was spotless. I was amazed at how much they accomplished in only two hours. Most importantly, they were sensitive to my allergies and need for them to use specific cleaning products that we had on hand.
We are signing-up to have them clean regularly.
We’re very grateful that they had a Groupon so that we could try them out and that they gave us full service even though we bought their service at a discount. Now that we’ve signed on, we’re also very happy with their regular fees which are fair and affordable.

The whole process was extremely professional. The crew met my needs and my requests. They were on time and I was pleased with the work.

I had a fantastic experience with Becht Pride!! They were so accommodating and able to fit me in, even though I called them with little notice! The two gals were so nice and the results were well worth hiring a service. They even helped educate me on how to best clean my stove top. I will definitely be using Becht again!!

The crew arrived on time and started right away.. They were very courteous and professional...they asked us to check to make sure they had completed the task as requested. I'm definitely going to request their services again! I would recommend

I just had Becht Pride complete a home inspection repair that the buyer requested, and cannot say enough good things about my experience with the folks that assisted me.

We needed repairs that were not done to code by another contractor when we had our basement bathroom installed. After trying multiple other companies we were worried about the work not get completed in time for closing for our relocation out of state. We tried several companies with or no response for over a week. Plus, one contractor originally want $90/hour just to look at it for an estimate.

Brad came to our home and was professional and courteous as he looked over the situation. He discussed what need to be done, and walked us through the process. I explained my timeline crunch, and he said that he would do his best to get an estimate back quickly. Well, they did; the team turned around the estimate the same evening. After signing the estimate and paying the deposit we received notice of the schedule for the work. The crew arrived ON TIME the very next morning. They completed the work in just two days, and you cannot tell they were ever in our home. They had to remove the vanity and sink, cut down drywall to access the plumbing in the wall and ceiling
for the vent fan. That allowed them access to install a plumbing vent to a pipe the builder left near the ceiling that our contractor back in 2019 failed to do. They also had to run the exhaust fan vent to the outside because our previous contractor vented the fan into the basement instead of to the outdoors. They installed a nice vent through our HardiePlank siding, finished the drywall, painted, replaced the vanity, mirror, and light. It looks fantastic.

Today was the first time I ever had my house cleaned professionally. The ladies did a great job! I am so excited to have them start coming regularly. They were very professional and divided the tasks and got everything cleaned well quickly. Would highly recommend. Great company so far.

We scheduled to have our house cleaned today because we are hosting a party. The cleaning crew was punctual, arriving within the time frame given. They reviewed my priority list with me, toured the areas of the home to be cleaned, and got to work, after quickly giving my dog some much craved attention. They worked very efficiently, completing all tasks on my wish list within the four hours I had scheduled, even though I was sure that the list was too long to be completed. When they had finished the list, they had me walk through the areas they had cleaned to ensure that I was satisfied. The crew was a team of three women for an hour and twenty minutes (4 total "man hours"). My husband and I have already discussed looking into utilizing their services regularly. I would be more than happy to have the same team come again.

This is such a wonderful thing you do! Friends and family send flowers and meals which is appreciated. The thing that truly lifts my spirits as I recovering from a series of surgeries due to breast cancer is a clean home! Thank you!!

The cleaning was absolutely great. Abigail was courteous and made my house spotless. The people from the office are all helpful and attentive to my needs. I will definitely work with them again.

Amanda did an excellent job! I really appreciate that she tackled some tough spots and was lovely to work with!

I was set up for a cleaning through the cancer center. When Ebony came she was a breath of fresh air. She didn't treat me or my apartment as if we were less. The cleaning part was much needed and was done very well. She also did a few extra things for me and did it with a smile. I am grateful and recommend them.

Becht Pride is fantastic! Carol Ann and her team come to our house every other week and we look forward to cleaning days every time. This company and team are always thorough and make sure that anything I specifically request gets completed.
This team and company always do as good as a job, or better, than I do myself. They are so respectful of us and our home. They don't cut corners or miss anything.

I want to give Becht Cleaning 5 stars for their thoughtful gift of two free cleanings for cancer patients. It is such a kind offer for those of us going thru chemo. House cleaning is NOT a priority during chemo. It was nice to have someone come in and clean! Thank you so much. I appreciated your kindness!

Becht Pride Home Services have been tremendous to work with. We had them do a complete shower remodel using marble kit we had ordered. In addition they installed new tile floor and toilet. Very professional job, and much more reasonable than your typical bathroom remodeling companies.

We also had them do some various home repairs that we needed done prior to putting our house up for sale. Ben and Brad and the crew bent over backwards to fit us in their calendar though they were already booked for the time period needed.

Great people to work with for whatever you need done around the home. If we were going to remain in the area, we would use them every time something needed to be done.

In addition to this posting, we will be sure to spread the great job they did by word of mouth.

I had a GREAT experience with Becht!! B and Theresa went above and beyond in their cleaning. I had some rough spots in the bathroom that I haven't been able to get that they were able to clean no problem! They were quick and efficient and finished early. Before they left they asked if I needed anything else, on top of the list I gave them, because they had more time. They also asked me to check areas when they were finished to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated that. Every time I checked something that had been cleaned, it was perfect! I will definitely be using Becht Pride again and when I do, I hope B and Theresa are available to take my appointment, they were WONDERFUL!!

Wow! What can I say! This company was a half hour early ready to work, and they worked hard and professionally. They spoke with respect and courtesy, also keeping me informed about the process/step of work that was going on. While talking to one of the employees I found out he is a former marine and combat veteran, the level of work ethic and responsibility was easy to see and knowing/finding out about the background made me feel safe and comfortable with these workers who over the course of the day would leave my home being an extended honorary member of our home and family. They were also great with my children, my daughter completely adored them. She's normally so shy it truly is a blessing these days and times to find a company with employees this dialed into to attention to detail who all at the same time are good with kids pets and just do an outstanding all around job. I'd recommend to everyone if your in need of any service they offer do yourself a solid favor and look no further they are simply the best!!!!!

Zoe did a really nice job cleaning my house. She left little touches around that made the cleaning special. I'd love to have Zoe clean here again.

We were in a tight spot with a ceiling leak and major drywall repair. Becht Pride definitely came through when we needed them the most, very professional, and the process was very seamless. We couldn’t believe after it was done how great it looked. We no longer have to worry about using google or worry about who we should call. Becht Pride Residential will always be who we call for any of our home repair needs.

I have used Becht Pride Cleaning Services numerous times, and they always do an exceptional job. I've had four different crews, and they've all been fantastic. They show up on time, the crew leader takes a look at what needs to be done, and they get down to business right away and work very hard the entire time. I'm always amazed at how much they're able accomplish in the set amount of time. They're also always very pleasant and accommodating, and their rates are very reasonable. Based upon my experiences, you can't go wrong with Becht. I will never use anyone else to clean my house. I HIGHLY recommend their services!

Had my first housecleaning yesterday. My house is so clean and fresh! I’m so happy with the results! Abbie and Kayla did a fantastic job! They were hardworking and pleasant! I plan to use Becht cleaning services bimonthly. The cost is very reasonable.

Jasmine does an excellent job. I rate her 5 star or 10/10 on her thoroughness. She has an eye for detail and always leaves my apartment sparkling clean. She has a very pleasant personality and displays excellent customer service skills.
