Matt knows his stuff. I trust him with my hot tub and always does a great job and honest. Dont go anywhere else.

Shows up a day late. Doesn't return phone calls the following season.

Couldn't even leave a mesage. Says your voicemail box is full. Red flag? Haha Id say yes.

I also booked a pool opening weeks in advance and was unable to reach anyone until I called or messaged daily. Did finally come and only partially opened, left a leak, and ghosted after that.

Booked a pool opening weeks in advance to make sure i could have my pool open by the weekend. When the day came on the 18th of May, i haven't gotten any response from them. Completely ghosted me, i texted and called multiple times to confirm.

Waited until today, and still nothing. Very disappointing since now other companies are booked out weeks in advance.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My wife had setup for Matt to come out last Thursday. He did not show up nor call. We called him late Thursday and again on Friday asking when he is coming to close our pool. Another few days have gone by and not even the courtesy of a call, just a no call/no show.
