Called HeatWorks on a Friday when my AC went out mid-July. Technician showed up same day, checked the compressor and capacitor, explained what was wrong without the jargon. Fair price, no surprises. AC repair was done in two hours.

So my Air Conditioning unit died on a Friday in July, middle of a heat wave. Called HeatWorks and they got someone out same day. technicain diagnosed a compressor issue, quoted fair, and had it running again in about three hours. Basically saved me from a miserable weekend.

Our heating went out Friday night in January and I panicked, but HeatWorks got a tech out Saturday morning. He diagnosed a bad valve in like twenty minutes, ordered the part, came back Monday and had us warm again by noon. Fair price, no games, solid work.

Texted a friend who works in construction for an HVAC contractor recommendation, and Carlos from HeatWorks was the first name back. Showed up same day when my Air Conditioning died mid-July, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had it running cold again before dinner—no markup surprises either.
