i called a couple of companies to get pricing on maintenance plans. the customer service rep who answered the phone was very polite and professional. Ken Maddox heating and air was cheapest so I bought one. Scheduled my appointment. The tech that came out was also very polite and professional. one thing that really stood out for me is the respect by the tech he made sure he wiped his feet and wore footies over his boots not to soil my carpeting. He also educated me on tstat operations. so very pleased from start to finish with my experience with KEN MADDOX HVAC

We've had to call Maddox twice now in the past 19 years. They initially installed the heat pump in our house upon construction.
This past call was a service call due to our A/C (heat pump) not working. They responded extremely quickly. The issue turned out to be a capacitor, but the tech could have tried to sell me a cooling fan as well. Instead he cooled down the fan, which had overheated, got it running, then checked if it was drawing too much current (would show overheat damage).
I might end up needing one sometime, but the savings today was much appreciated.
I trust these people and will call again as needed.

Been using km for several years since they had a well documented history with the previous home owner. Of course they want to sell you stuff at your tune up appointment but I didn't find the prices offensively high and the hvac is a pretty important part of the house. The service techs have always been professional and courteous.

I recently contacted this AC repair company because my AC was making a loud, annoying noise that was disrupting our TV viewing experience. Mike from the company came out and quickly diagnosed the problem - it was just a dirty vent that needed cleaning. He was able to clean the vent in no time and the noise stopped immediately. I cannot express how grateful I am for Mike's quick and efficient work. He saved our ears and allowed us to watch TV in peace again. The service was prompt and professional. I have used Ken Maddox HVAC for close to 20 years now. I woke up to no heat recently and called them and they came out within a few hours. I needed to replace my 28 year old furnace and they were able to take care of it the next day at a very reasonable price. I am very happy and the family is staying warm now.

Mike from Ken Maddox came out last weekend when our heat went out. He was responsive and great with communication, showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. He also got the heat back on temporarily while we waited for the new part to make repairs. The day the new part arrived, Mike was out to fix it! Highly recommend

Maddox installed my original system in 1997. It ran great for 27 years! No issues at all. We decided to upgrade and were happy to find out Maddox is still in business. We just purchased a new system from them, inside and out. They did such a great job installing! and the price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Hope this one lasts another 27 years!!

We purchased a house in a new development and have had a few mechanical issues with our ac for awhile. (The issues had nothing to do with their installation.. was other contractors with the builder) Working with Mike has been fantastic. He has always gone above and beyond to assist and handle our issues. We will continue to use Ken Maddox for our HVAC simply because Mike works with them.

Mike came out today within an hour of my call. Found the problem with our A/C, had it repaired in 20 minutes!! Great work Mike! He was very helpful, friendly and honest.

Maddox came out to my mothers home because she had no heat. She is elderly and has health issues. Mark the service technician did an excellent job coming out and getting her heat fixed fast for her.There was only a small service fee and its been running great since he left. I would recommend this company. i appreciate them taking care of my mom.
