Austin and Leo were incredibly kind and made time for my situation the same day, today. They were precise when moving my washer and dryer out of the laundry room door frame with little to zero wiggle room. Very respectful with my things (appliances and hardwood flooring) and let me be chatty chatty haha! They were incredibly professional and nice and also came recommended to me from a current long time client. I in turn will always recommended them. Thank you both for everything you did to help me out same day.

Kyle was great both times. He replaced the control board and stay to make sure it was working. Polite and apologized for the problem

Bradley and his associates did an outstanding job they showed up quickly and performed in a professional manner . They were respectful of my space and performed their work in a timely fashion, considering it was pouring down rain the whole time they were here. Never once complained about getting soaked! Very informative of any questions I asked! My hat is off to Bradley and his co-workers. Thank you very much!

Cameron was quick to arrive and was able to fix our drain even though it was more challenging than he anticipated.

Paid emergency weekend rate but no other company could get to us until Monday.

Andy from Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling removed my old gas hot water heater and installed a new 50 gallon one on 9/12/25. He and the Summers team were fantastic. Austin came out a few days before to give me an estimate. Due to the tight space it was unclear if a 50 gallon would fit. (I had a 40 gallon.) Austin said they would bring both out and put the 50 gallon in if it fit, otherwise they would put in the 40 gallon. This was a wonderful idea, so a big shout out to Austin as well. He thought the 50 would fit and it did.

Andy did an amazing job all along the way. He and his assistant were very thoughtful, friendly and professional. They also replaced my hot and cold water valves for my washing machine. The old ones were frozen up and would not turn.

I tend to ask a lot questions. Andy was very kind and answered them in a very professional manner. I could tell he really welcomed my questions and was very helpful with all his answers.

Overall, the whole process was top notch. Andy was on time, has great interpersonal skills, and clearly knows his stuff. The price was very competitive as well. Highly recommended! Thank you Summers PHC.

Ethan explained to me how the process of cleaning my ducts and hvac system would be. They were efficient and also cleaned up after they were done. They were professional at all times. I am pleased with Summers service.

Fast, friendly and awesome service. Jackson got our furnace up and running within 10 minutes with no extra charge. Highly recommended

Technician came out and performed regular maintenance. He arrived earlier than expected which was great. The office called ahead of time to make sure the new arrival was ok.

Brendan was quick and efficient , of course it was the first preseason check up of a new system installed in August 2024 (14 months prior). There was no cost as this was part of the installation program, one pre-season cooling and heating check up. This was the heating season check.

Cannot say enough good things about Zach! Nice, informative, and went above and beyond to help. We appreciate him saving the day!

Technician did a good job. The only thing I wish was included as part of the clean and check is to pull out the blower and clean and check the squirrel cage fins on the fan . I had to also pay $344 for a $80 part

Austin and Bradley did an amazing job. they explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. Then they tested their work and then took the time to give advice on what to do to keep things going. They not only were very professional but they weren't trying to up-sale or find additional issues to pad the bill. i'll definitely use them and the organization for any future needs.

Kyle the technician was polite and appeared to be very good at locating the problem with my furnace and repairing it. He also explained ways to operate my system more efficiently.

Leo came out and done what he could with our drain under the bathroom sink. Then noticed a leak before Leo left my husband mentioned it was still leaking and Leo said it was fixed then proceeded to leave..this left us very upset. We called summers back to fix this issue and Zach was sent out to FIX this problem. He explained everything very well and was very efficient repairing my drain under the sink he was polite and very quick, which was very helpful. We only request Zach back out in future!

I had a very small crack in my basement sewer cap. Turned out I had a leak in the main gas line. Dan was the man. He showed (and explained) the leak and presented 2 options to repair. He brought in extra help and missed a good portion of their annual donation day. Great communication, skilled and experienced. I highly recommend the company, specifically, Dan, Andrew, and Jared

Heath and all of Summer’s staff were really good to work with. Heath showed up early and got to work, respectful of property which I appreciate.
Highly recommend Summers.
