This review is for the Madison, TN branch. We've used them for the last 5 years and never had a bad experience. Scott and Thomas today were exceptional, did a phenomenal job on our hood cleaning!

They are thorough and very good at their jobs

The best in town. Don't try and save a $100 with others. They are on the spot when your business needs it most!

Can’t seem to get it together. Sometimes they show for scheduled appointments, sometimes they don’t. Hit or miss.

Whoever was driving their van northbound on Madison Ave was driving like a maniac. Bad enough to justify finding Koorsen on here and leaving a 1-star review.

Not sure what gets serviced all hours of the night. 3 ,4 ,5 am . Van always creeping around. Driving like idiots and cussing young girls out. Soon as I get the plate number . I'm making a police report. I called the business , no one returned my call . They run off Koorsen the fire and security company . Or they'd probably be out of business

Didn't clean the hood. Full charge instead inspection charge fee. Caty Fellure billing department suck. Never reply or answer the phone , neither call back. I feel like I talk to the wall. This is not the first time.

We own a small, family run restaurant and were very happy with this company until they used a chemical that damaged the metal backsplash in our kitchen. After speaking with them they said they would pay to replace it. After having the work done over 4 months ago they have now gone radio silent and won’t pay for the replaced backsplash. Sadly, we live in a small community and the worker who replaced it really needed the invoice to be paid. If you say you’re going to do something you should stand by your word. We are very disappointed in the lack of follow through and honesty with Koorsen. Small businesses matter and they clearly don’t care about ours.
