This organization regularly mows and performs other turf management functions in our neighborhood (Courtyards of Carmel). They are professional, fast and they leave our property looking good. They pay attention to the details as they balance their business objectives with our homeowner concerns.lts a win-win for us both. If you are considering their services, as a retired golf course superintendent, I believe Komplete deserves serious consideration.

Komplete has taken care of our HOA community for three years. Grounds are taken care of well and within the scope of contract. Management very responsive when needed.

Our HOA has used Komplete for all our neighborhood landscaping needs: mowing, shrubbery trimming, fertilizing, grub control, etc for a number of years. They are professional, reasonable, honest, ethical, and responsive to our needs. Komplete is not just another landscaping service. They build a partnership with their customers and the Community Association Manager. If a problem arises, they work with us to find an equitable solution. Komplete maintains an open line of communication through voice, text and Email. If a service is needed outside the contractual agreement, they are quick to respond with a recommendation and a quote. We've enjoyed working with Komplete.

Very nice people

The manager came to hear complaints Last year — Will take correct and care of the problems he said. So first mowings — front porch and steps covered in grass clippings. Opened front door to greet guests and was totally embraced. It was a lie - nothing changed.

Horrible people skills towards new potential customers

Crews working blew grass and debris all over car from sidewalk and parking lot!

Drivers for this company have road rage and terrorize other drivers. Would never hire them.

This company does the mowing at a complex in Columbus and for some reason continue to not understand why they have side shields on their mower decks. It’s about to get costly for them.

This company needs to learn to hire people know how to drive. Based on the previous reviews, I can assume this is a running problem with this company. Almost caused an accident.

Don't care for them at all. I live in a patio home complex and I have been asking them for years to park all their equipment, on the day they cut our lawn, in another area of the neighborhood. Of course they have not considered my request. The trucks and lawn mowers leave gas and oil spills on the pavement and never clean it up.
