We had Alterra Pest Control out yesterday to spray both the inside and outside of our home. The representative Kyle L. was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing and was personable. Thanks Alterra!

Just decided we have had it with all the spiders and bugs, time to do something else. Glad Alterra could give us that 'bug be gone feeling'. I have been with another pest control company for over 12 years but Alterra gives us that guarantee if we see anything creeping or crawling they will return for a free return visit. You just can't beat that guarantee. Not to mention I got the most friendly and polite gentleman to service our home and he is my go to guy. Thanks so much, Jason Wall is great and thanks Alterra!

Brad Sadenkamp was very easy to work with. He was friendly, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and what results we should expect. So far the service from this company has been excellent. From the salesman, Brigham, to the serviceman, Brad, we have been very pleased.

Tony Baker of Alterra came and provided pest control service on 6-27-15 and did an outstanding job (WOW) of explaining everything that he was going to do since I was a brand new customer. I appreciated how professional and detailed he was along with being very courteous.

Blake B. serviced our home today for the first time after the initial treatment. He is a very nice young man, and was so thorough. He took care of all the cobwebs on the house, wiping down the eaves and window frames. We showed him the only location that continued to have ant activity, and he showed us where the ants nested, then treated that area. Blake explained everything he did. Great job.

Dustin Stehr done a great job. He was very polite and professional in treating our home. This is a great company to recommend for treating your home for pest removal. He explained all the details to me, and we do not have any smells in our home from the treatment. Dustin treated our landscape as well, this guy was very courteous and he really knew his job. Today was the initial day for Alterra to come out to my home. Taylor and Derrick did a phenomenal job of explaining what they were going to do and after treatment, reviewed what they found and what they did to treat the area. Both gentlemen were very professional and showed pride in being part of the Alterra Company.

Alterra's Joe & Josh came out today for our initial pest control service. They were both friendly and professional (and brave because they had to get near active wasps' nests). They worked quickly and seemed to use plenty of product. Looking forward to an insect-free home life! Thanks! -Bill M.-

Javan was excellent! He gave us a complete report on our pest problems and where they might be getting in the house. He was very courteous and careful to treat safely in our back yard where we have an in-ground pool. Bryson, who came out the day before to explain the company and the services was wonderful, too. Great service.... and the price is right, too!

Jason Wall came out today for our initial visit and I was very pleased with his service. He explained everything and verified what needs we would like addressed. We've always handled any pest problems on our own with spray in the fall to keep bugs out with cold weather, but recently found a beehive up under our shingles. Jason completed the service and let me know exactly what had been done. He also gave me an idea of what we would see happening in the coming weeks and what to do with any additional questions or concerns. Very happy with our first visit and I feel very informed for what we will see happening with our quarterly visits. Thanks Jason!!

Cameron B. was on time and very helpful during our first ever pest control visit from Alterra! He explained what he was doing during the application process and asked if I had an problem area of concern. I showed him a hornets nest at the highest peak of our roof and he went up there an took care of the issue even though I thought it was dormant! My pests were serviced by Derrick today. Brett and Derrick were very professional and polite. The details of the treatment/service were explained to me, price was within reason...my bee nests are gone and I was assured if I continue to have spider issues...they will be back out to take care of them. Pleased with the service!

Keith was very friendly and professional. He was scheduled for an exterior treatment but asked if I needed any interior treatments which impressed me. He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel the need to be accessible to him. I actually had forgotten he was here until he rang the doorbell to inform me he was finished. He did a great job!

Extremely pleased after our first visit by Brad Sodenkamp! He was very informative and professional. He reviewed our service package and explained everything he was going to do. Assured me that everything is safe for my pet and gave extra attention to an area of our garage where we are plagued with spiders. I received my first service from Alterra Pest Control today. Their service tech, Thomas Broderick, arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do to protect my home from pests. He treated the home inside and out and spent considerable effort to remove an active wasp nest from the top of a second story window. He also treated my yard front to back. My family is looking forward to a bug-free home this year.

Ashley was the route manager that serviced our house. She was professional, kind, and very focused on her job. She was able to answer all of my questions and more. She was patient and worked well with kids in the room she needed to spray. I would definitely like her back to do the quarterly job. Thank you Ashely!

Nate W was on time and explained very well about his job on the site. My expectation was met and I am willing to continue to use Alterra. This is my third trial with pest control services and I hope Alterra will meet/exceed my expectation from now on. Others really impressed me when they knocked on my door for winning business then I rarely saw they stayed in my 0.4 acre property with 6500 sq ft building over 20 minutes but frankly, if they did what they described from the beginning, it should take over 45 minutes from my previous experience. I have all kinds of living small creatures in my backyard and really hope those are now staying out of my dog this time.

Our service rep Steve did an excellent job of explaining everything. Also, as we watched him perform he was very efficient and thorough. He was on time (actually a little early) and very polite. We will recommend Alterra to others.
