I recommend Mike and his people for anything plumbing. They are our go-to guys. Neat, clean installation work done in a timely manner. Will handle almost any job, large or small and they will respond to emergencies with patience and a smile.

Mike may not be the cheapest plumber, but you don’t want the cheapest. You want the right fix for your plumbing problems that also happens to make sense money-wise.

As an owner of an old house, I’ve now been through 6 different plumbers bis and small in Indianapolis and can confidently say Mike is heads above the rest. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and uses that experience to make sure he does the right thing. He has tools and experience few others seem to have, so he’s not defaulting to just replacing a system before analyzing the situation and using all tools at the modern plumber’s disposal.

He saved us from $20k of digging up our front yard when another two plumbers were convinced we had a collapsed sewer (it was just tree roots), and separately helped us in replacement of cast iron pipe in our basement, carefully running a camera first to fully understand and patiently step us through what the situation needed.

On top of that, Mike is incredibly personable, takes the time to get to know you, and genuinely cares about doing what’s right. He’s since guided us through a job he wasn’t available for, offering free phone advice after acknowledging he was otherwise booked, helping us navigate with an available plumber who it turns out was just trying to upsell us.

This is the kind of plumber you want. The one who does plumbing really well over everything else, and takes the time to do a quality job.

Tons of empty promises did not complete job after quadrupling estimate price

1. Late showing up
2. Didn't even look at a single pipe
3. Quoted over 200% what the other quotes we're.

If one is not interested in doing the work, just say so. It's ok to be honest.

We have used this company in the past and they were reasonable so we called for service on a 30 gallon hot water heater at our Camby business. They charged us $159.00 service call on top of a quote that exceeded $4100.00 to replace the hot water heater. That is absurd. If you don't want the business just say so. We had the work completed for less than 1/2 that amount.
