I come in here to get phone numbers as the guy has phone numbers of business people that does small another things like doors windows Plumbing cut grass and he sends me and gives me guys phone numbers to help me out to where I need to go

Arrived on time, and fixed my garbage disposal in 10 minutes. Excellent service

I have had this company out to my house a few times now and I am so grateful to know that they are out there. Always polite, always good work and they are just above and beyond compared to other companies. I will recommend them every time.

Jerry came to fix our gas line today and I can't say enough great things about his work. Timely. Kind. Professional. Did it right the first time. And most notable was how he went above and beyond to even check my sump pump and crawlspace electricity while he was under the house ...totally unrelated to why we called him. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend going with this company. They are very professional, honest and do a great job on anything you can throw at them. Andrew replaced my toilets, hot water tank, and pressure tank. His did a high quality job on every project.

Overall, this company provides top customer satisfaction and quality.

I relocated to Indy a couple years ago for Roche and finally bought my dream house on the Redneck Riveria in Lawrence circa fall / 2018.

During my home inspection, we ran all the faucets, dishwasher and washing machine to confirm the sewer system was solid. Three months after moving in, I had a major clog and the first plumber failed to resolve the issue. It was clearly the worst case scenario for a new home owner as I was reading for war with planet earth.

Having the benefit of hand digging several sewer lines and septic tanks, I entered the endeavor with much experience. And, while Premier Plumbing was recommended by my home owner's warranty policy, I consulted many others (including a family friend) and only Premier was willing to take on the challenge for less than 10K cash up front.

My sewer issue was unfortunately extensive and I likely would have walked away from the property if not for Jerry. Because of the requisite permitting requirements, the project was delayed (not to mention the weather). While Jerry might be a captain, I worked with several others on the staff and all were welcome in my home.

While my family and business colleagues suggested suing everyone except for God, it was Jerry who maintained a positive attitude and focused on resolving the sewage impediment.

In the end Premier had the staff, the tools, and the expertise to resolve the biggest problem of my life at a fraction of what it would have caused with other contractors. And, no other contractor could have done it faster.

I regret that others have had a lesser experience as Premier Plumbing saved my house.

Pleasssssse do not use them they are very unprofessional and bad service did not come and do what he was supposed to do and had a terrible attitude the whole time at my home bad business and need to be shutdown 😡😡😡

If there was a zero that’s what I would rate my appointment window was 10-2 the tech call at 3:22 and left a message saying if I don’t call back in a few minutes they are moving on and I have to rescheduled so we were rescheduled I did speak with the he was so rude the next day I called the office spoke to the owner Jerry he was more rude than the tech say I can use another company if dissatisfied said no the don’t do courteous call all I can say is never again👎🏽👎🏽

Worse service ever! It's been 2 weeks and my appliance is still not repaired. They fail to show up. They don't follow up with repairs (don't EVER believe them when they say, "I'll be back tomorrow to finish." This is ridiculous.

Wish I could give this company zero stars! We were stood up twice for our appointments and lied to! They were also extremely unprofessional, blamed us and were very unwilling to solve our issues! Shame on our home warranty company for connecting us to such a joke of a so called company!

Called several times. Was referred to them by my home warranty CINCH. They never returned any calls-every time I called I got a voicemail. This is a horrible HORRIBLE company. They probably never returned my call because they are out of business.

Horrible customer service. Tried to set up an appointment and they said it would take them 5 days to get out to us. On day of appointment, they never showed. We called and they said they had no record of an appointment, regardless of proof via my phone records that I had called them. They implied that WE were at fault and the best they could do is reschedule for 2 more days out. Their customer service is laughable. We will not hire them again.

These guys actually showed up on a call booked through HMS Home Warranty (another joke). I answered the door to be told I don't have tools and will have to send someone else out. Really? 100% disabled and I fixed the plumbing myself and spent 50 minutes on hold with HMS to cancel this non-service call.

This company is a joke. They have zero customer service. We were given this company to use by our home warranty company and called them multiple times, left messages on the emergency line and they wouldn’t return any of our calls back. We have two small children and were without water for 24 hours until our home warranty company gave us another option. Don’t waste your time.

Id give negative stars if I could. I was recommended this company by my home warranty. Showed up late for estimate. Then never came back to do the work. But submitted invoices to warranty company that work was completed. Nothing has been fixed but they made sure to collect a check. Definitely avoid this company as they are only out to scam people.

This company should receive NEGATIVE stars and should not be in business as it seems their business (if you read reviews here and the BBB) is to use Home Warranty Companies as a way to collect deductibles while doing no competent work. It is a scam, and I do not say something like this lightly as I would not throw that word around if I didn't believe it. If you read the other reviews here, you will have read our story. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM. They will take your money and your time, and leave you with exactly the same plumbing problems you began with, plus the wonderful bonus of less money, less time, and more stress. JUST AWFUL. Please beware.
