The communication with Sam ahead of time was great! On the day of the work, the crew texted me when they were on the way and arrived right on time. They reviewed everything they would be doing and got to work. I was very pleased with their professionalism and thoroughness. The finished product after cleaning my driveway, sidewalks, patio and concrete bird bath was amazing! Everything looked great. I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family needing this kind of cleaning service. Great job by Sam and his crew!

Professional, prompt, efficient, and the outcome is a sparkling clean house. I had washed the outside of my house myself in the past but it was very difficult and I was happy to hire My Guy Services to help me. They were able to give me a quote on the phone based on the size of my house. They were able to come out quickly and get the work done. It took two Guys less than two hours what I did over a weekend of work. Money well spent. Thank you for a sparkling clean house!

My Guy Services were extremely prompt, courteous and professional. We chose the house washing Legendary service and are absolutely satisfied with the end results. The work was performed quickly, the prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch and guaranteed. Without question, we definitely will use My Guy Services again!

One of the things that impressed me was that Sam, himself, came out to do the work because his staff was at another site. Most business owners wouldn't do that but instead would reschedule. His communication as to what time he would be there and whether there would be a delay was excellent. We all have been there with the "between the hours of ......" song and dance so being told an exact time was great. After the work was completed, I appreciated the explanation of what was done and what I could do to help with the maintenance of my vinyl siding. I plan on definitely using My Guy Services again.

I used My Guy Pressure Washing this time to power wash my deck as well as clear gutters. And once again, I was not disappointed. When they finished the deck, it looked brand new. I had it redone a couple of years back and due to trees and direct sunlight and even though I had applied a sealer one year ago, it was grey and starting to get algae. After they cleaned it, goodbye algae and hello looks like new deck. I will continue to use My Guy Services ad infinitum or at least as long as I own this home.

Just had my exterior done today and absolutely love it! It was so great my neighbor wanted a quote for her house too! They made it experience very convenient and keep me updated all along the way. Can’t say enough good things about My guy services.

Had My Guy Services out to wash the house, clean the gutters and clean the patio. They were incredibly professional and responsive during the whole process. During the cleaning they were very thorough and I'm very pleased with the final result. Would highly recommend!

Alan did a great job! Answered all questions and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

Hired the team to clean the roof of a 2 story house, siding, gutters, exterior windows, windows and glass roof of a 4 season room, sidewalk, and composite deck. The team was professional. Communication was good. Response time from initial request to completion of job was 2 weeks in August. We have a koi pond and they were very careful around it. Quality was very good. Deck could have been cleaner but still good. Glass room has not looked this good in 10+ years. I believe you get what you pay for - a bit pricey but quality was very high. Would use them again and would highly recommend them for similar work.

My Guy Services did a great job cleaning our awning. Sam was responsive to my initial text message requesting a quote, fair in pricing, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results. Sam picked up our awning and even texted me pictures of it hanging to dry after it was cleaned! Exemplary customer service and quality work. What more could you ask for?

My sidewalks look great! They no longer have black stains from years of dirt and weather affects. The My Guy Services associates were friendly and efficient. Thanks for doing a good job!

The setup for the appointment was quick and easy with an online estimate. Seemed a little high but every contractor service does right now. They responded well to e-mail and being able to setup payment before made the check out process super easy after the work was done.

Their team arrived, got to work quickly, and did a great job in no time. Their team was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Checkout was as easy as confirming the estimate amounts.

Only criticisms, and they're pretty minor. There wasn't a time frame provided. Given that they advertise not needing to be home for their services, it wasn't a big deal, but might have been helpful to plan given that our house has a 3rd shifter that sleeps during the day. The team that came out left a sign in my yard for their services. While it's not a big deal, I wish they'd asked first or at least mentioned it as our HOA has rules about signs such as these in the yard.

I first called a competitor and was told they could come and was my daughter's house at the end of the month due to the weather. I told them thank you and I would get back with them 6later. I then called Mr. Guy and they not only could come the next day, Mr Guy was 50 dollars cheaper. Marcos arrived (a very nice person by the way) gave me an overview on what he planned to do and got to work. I cannot be any happier. The house is clean and I saved some money. Plus, and this is the best part, the work comes with an eighteen month warranty against algae or mildew returning. Excellent service, excellent value.

Alan and Hamilton did a very thorough and professional job of power washing our home. They were very courteous and kept me well informed during the process.

First off, I received 3 estimates, one gave me one without even coming to look at my roof, the second company came out, was very professional, but was the highest by far. Then My Guys came out, gave me the best estimate, and we agreed that while they were cleaning the roof if they felt the gutters needed cleaning, we would do the additional charge for that. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned the roof with the soft wash, then even did the slight cleaning on my gutters that was needed and did not charge me. The roof looked much better immediately and when I had a question about one small area that did not look quite right, the owner personally came out to look at it and explained it would take longer for that area to naturally expel the marks and, as he said, it is slowly getting better each day. Very impressed with the company and would recommend them highly!

My Guy Services were quick to come out to give me and estimate and were able to get me on their schedule within a week. AJ and Conner worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with the project. There was something extra sticky on one of my windows and they took the time to make sure it was sparkling clean. I was very pleased with their professional attitudes! Thanks for doing a great job!

We love our holiday lights. Our family is so busy during the holidays season and it is amazing to add joy to our neighborhood celebration with lights on our home and bushes. My Guy did everything and made it easy for us. They offered several options and sent pictures to help us see the impact lights on the bushes made with lights on the house roof line. We look forward to celebrating the holidays year after year.

This was, by far, the best service! If you need a good power wash for your house you really need to contact this company. They do provide all different services for your home. I just needed the exterior thoroughly washed to get rid of the dirt and algae and boy does it look fantastic! Thank you Marcos for being so friendly, explaining the process, and doing such a great job!

Excellent communication and excellent customer service. Galen and his crew did a phenomenal job cleaning the roof on our house and garage. We are very happy with the results and will use them in the future if needed. Would recommend this service to anyone that needs it. They did a wonderful job on our house. There was a small dirt streak from a few windows and they came back and took care of it. I would highly recommend.

The communication is incredible and they are on top of things .The office staff goes above and beyond to keep the customers up to date on every detail of the services and process . The gentlemen that came out and washed our roof and the exterior of the gutters cleaned did a excellent job . Took their time and then explained that some of the algae on the roof was still there but the chemicals they used were still breaking it down and would eventually go away completely. The 18 month warranty is very impressive. If there happens to be anymore algae or growth they will come back out and take care of it . We would definitely recommend them 100%. Everything Looks great !

My guy services did a fantastic job! The appointment and estimate were very easy to set up. Customer service was top notch and the value of the work even better. It’s like I have a brand house. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend. My wrap around porch looks brand new:)
