We requested Danny to come out to give us an estimate to replace a few shingles that were damaged from a storm and a few others that were damaged by a satellite dish on the roof. We also requested him to give us an overall assessment of the roof. He made suggestions to improve the life of the roof, but also mentioned these changes could be made once replacing it. We hired Danny to replace the damaged shingles, he also patched a couple of holes and resealed the flashing around the chimney. When it came time to replace the shingles Danny came to the property and realized that the color of the new shingles was slightly off. He turned around and went back to find a better match, which he did.

I was completely happy with the entire experience with MK Property.The work was excellent and the entire process was very smooth and professional.I will definitely be using them again for future projects. I was also very impressed with the price.
