I will always and only use Bartlett for my tree service in the future!

They were really easy to work with. Listened to my priorities and long term goals of ensuring that 5 huge beautiful Evergreen trees stay that way. Also I have large boxwoods that serve as hedge along home that they will be able to treat so I can ensure healthy life. Dan also walked and looked at other smaller trees and gave me some tips and thoughts of how they were doing. They were detailed in quote in work to perform and the crew was amazing! On time and went through the plan for day which included some tall tree climbing. They cleaned up everything and then some of branches that were on ground from our latest windy days! Easy to pay online. Actually just scheduled them to clean up and remove some overgrown and dead trees from our old home that our daughter and son in law bought from us. You won’t go wrong calling them. No pressure conversation just ask questions and make your own decisions. Pics of evergreens and trees they climbed and ensured nothing went near pool!

We were very impressed with, and appreciative of, the entire process in working with Bartlett for our tree removal project. The entire working crew were polite, respectful, took their time, worked carefully, and kept damages to a minimum compared to what I expected with heavy equipment being required. We will be repeat customers should we have further need. Many thanks to the entire team!

Our community recently hired Bartlett Tree Experts for tree maintenance and a removal, and we are very impressed with their work. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up the debris afterward. It’s a relief to have the property looking safe and well-maintained. Highly recommended for any large-scale residential needs!

Bartlett is excellent. Proposals and advice are free. They do the work and then they bill you upon completion instead of charging 30% or 50% or whatever before they do any work at all. This is how the world used to be. So, if they do work for you, please be an adult and pay them on time. Otherwise, you may spoil their good service for all of us.

Absolutely wonderful job!

Tree experts are here for sure all your tree needs

I can’t begin to say enough these guys are awesome!

Quoted and let me know the tree could be serviced but not a a great candidate. Were more about the truth than the sale!

Great service. Expensive but worth it. Amazing yearly upkeep and preservation of bushes and trees, especially spruces.

My favorite snow crab tree was in dire need of care….Sean and his crew gave it a much needed “haircut” and turned a hot mess into beautiful…I can watch the birds and squirrels frolic through the branches!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked so many questions about the trees on my property and Tyler answered all of them.

I ultimately had them take down a tree that was at risk of falling. Guys showed up on time and did the work!

I needed the tree removed to put my house on sale. The arborist quickly scheduled the work and it was done safely and well executed. Many thanks to him and his crew.

Richard was very knowledgable and helped guide me on what branches I should prune. The crew did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They even took an old pile of sticks and leaves I had and disposed of it! Definitely recommend Richard as a representative and Bartlett for any tree work that needs to be done.

We had an appointment with Mike Seybert on 6-18-13 to come to our home and give us an estimate for pruning and removing dead limbs from three trees and cabling the forks in two trees. Mike arrived early and was very cordial and knowledgeable making recommendations for the work we wanted. We are very impressed and pleased with our dealings with Mike. He's a real gentleman. Soon after we talked with Mike we received a call from the office letting us know that we were on the schedule for a crew to do the work on 8-2-18. On that date a crew arrived early and began work immediately. Matt and the other two arborists were fun, careful, and conscientious, and completed everything we wanted. And you should see how they cleaned up! The yard and driveway looked as if nothing had been done. Guess who we will contact the next time we need help with our trees.

Rick Barker from Bartlett came out to look at 3 trees that I was concerned about. He was professional, provided good input, and did not try to sell me services I didn't need. I had another Arborist from a different company look at tthe trees as well, and the advice was nearly identical, so I felt that he didn't miss anything that should have been done.

A big thanks to Rick Cater and his team: Raphael, Felix, Oscar, Brad, and Hillary! They just removed a 65 year old Pin Oak tree from our front yard. It was a big decision for us to take down this old majestic tree but it was time. Rick, reassured me that there was nothing they could do to save it. They all worked very hard to get the oak tree down safely. Great job and well done! There is a large void in our front yard, but we look forward to landscaping and planting a new young tree this upcoming Spring! If we ever need any other tree service done in the future rest assured we will have Bartlett Tree Experts do the job!

We had several trees/shrubs trimmed & pruned, and 3 trees removed on Sep. 28, 2020, and 3 stumps ground on Oct. 7. Tyler, our arborist, was very responsive, and knowledgeable. He was patient with us when we made some changes to the quotation. He was very responsive by email when we went over the changes. For future shrub/tree removal, one of our concerns was not knowing what to replace them with. Tyler provided a thorough list of trees/shrubs that could go into their place, that are more native to Indiana than what we had. Bob, the leader of the work crew, was very communicative about what was going on, and answered questions well. He was great with his work crew. He and all work crew were professional, and debris was cleaned very well. When stumps were ground later, we didn't even know they came, and the ground was free of debris. Highly recommended.

Overall a good experience! Last summer I had them over to my house to do a survey of the trees in my yard. Felt like an honest pitch, nothing was being pushed on me too hard.

Decided to come back this summer and have them do some work on a big tree in my front yard. They were fast, cleaned up everything, and were helpful with a couple of extra branches that storms had taken down. Would have them over again!

I can not say enough good things about Bartlett. From start to finish, they were far superior to other companies we had out for estimates. Tyler was our arborist and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We live in a fairly wooded lot and I was hoping to find someone we could trust with our tree concerns and we did with Bartlett and Tyler! They removed 2 trees and 3 overgrown bushes at very affordable rate and Tyler also gave us time estimate on our other trees. So happy with their service and have been recommending them to everyone!

Jonathan and Pablo were great to work with...I have 20 Arborvitae trees that were planted 2 months ago and looked like they were not doing well. Jonathan determined the trees were planted too deep and suggested a root collar excavation which Pablo did last week. They also fertilized all my palm trees. I intend to have them maintain all my trees going forward. I highly recommend Bartlett....
