I have used Midwest Air Solutions twice. Both times Simon showed up on time, and was a true professional. He is very informative with no high-pressure sales gimmicks. He was respectful of my home and my crazy dogs. I will use them every time.

Midwest Air came out and cleaned out our air ducts and we couldn't be happier. Simon came out on time and was very profession and polite. He explained what he was going to do and started to work. He show me that there was some really big build up on the furnace fan and said he could clean it but would cost a little extra. Of course I had him clean it because it was really disgusting. I glad he talked with me first and not just doing it and adding on to the total they quoted me. Great company with a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get the ducts cleaned out.

We called a few different companies to quote us on a duct cleaning and a furnace cleaning, Midwest Air Solutions was the most reasonably priced and easiest to get in contact and schedule with! The technician that did our house, Simon, gave us a courtesy call 30 min before he arrived within the appointment slot and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cleaning and explained to us the whole process. He did a great job and got us on the maintenance agreement to come back yearly!
I highly recommend Midwest and look forward to working with them again!

A+++. Simon is the man. He went above and beyond. We are in a newly built house and the furnace was filthy from all of the building materials. The home builder had the furnace running full time and all of the dust and debris from building got all in the furnace and the air ducts. Please see some before and after photos below!!!

Hire at your own risk. This company does not perform the jobs it says it does. I found lots of debris in my duct work and dryer vent. I called and texted Simon with photos immediately after he left and he is not returning my calls. Hire a reputable HVAC company to clean your duct work instead. Lesson learned.

WELL they did not take off vents on two floors
did not put the tool down the vent ,only blowed at top
there was nothing in the machine after cleaning.

I looked up a video after and then realized I was taken advantaged of . When they were leaving they were in a unmarked truck . Did not clean coils or anything of that nature either
DO NOT USE PLEASE IF YOU REALLY WANT YOUR AIR DUCTS CLEANED CORRECTLY

Horrible experience the second time around (first gentleman who helped me no longer works there) - difficulty scheduling + I take off work to be home, tech comes to take a look for 4 minutes, leaves saying he would return with a larger ladder in 20 minutes and never comes back after an hour and a half and then finally answers my texts saying he doesn’t know how to unclog dryer vents. Not sure how I was able specifically to book someone with Midwest Air Solutions to unclog my dryer vent and the tech shows up isn’t able to complete this exact task in general. Very frustrating. Oh and he left a mess from taking apart my attic in the 4 minutes spent here and didn’t clean it up.
