I don't often write reviews, but Kelley and his team did an amazing job for our family! He was very responsive and professional during our time of crisis when we were without power. He not only took care of our issue, but helped walk me through working with the electric company for next steps! Could not recommend any higher than I do!

Kelley did a great job and even fit me in same day to fix a problem (I created, lol) so I didn't have to look at it all weekend. He was friendly and gave great advice for future projects. I also appreciate that he texts sometimes to communicate as some companies strictly call or use a 3rd person in an office as a go between. Will definitely be calling back again to get all my projects taken care of.

Half the power in our home went out over New Years weekend, Rudder was open on Monday and was able to send Orlando to my home to evaluate the problem. Orlando was very professional, he was timely, picked up after himself, and explained the issues he found to me as well as what he thought needed to be done to fix it in a very easily understood manner. He needed a helper to complete the job so he returned at 8 o’clock this morning as we had planned and I am now back with power in the full house. The problem ended up being overloaded junction box in the attic with brittle wire that had burned. He was easily able to run new wiring from the outside panel box up into the attic and separate the junctions and separated a few other things in the electric box at a very affordable price. I would not hesitate to call Rudder for any future electric needs. Orlando is a truly great representative for this company, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Kelly Rudder replied very fast back with us. He was able to take care of us right away. Everything he said would happen and the order it would go was on point. I am disabled and was in fear of not getting help due to my medical issues. He assured me I would have electricity the next day I did and we had to deal with Duke energy. They installed a ceiling fan in my high ceiling. They needed a special ladder but they got it done and its working efficiently. They also went in the attic to configure the switch to work my light and fan speed independently. Highly recommended.

I had an electrical issue that started when my lights went out, next my microwave went out, my outlet went, and then my outlet on the same wall went out. My breaker box was sparking when my microwave was running (prior to it going out). My lights came back on thankfully, but I still had not power to my microwave or the outlet on that same wall. Kelley Rudder came out and he asked me what issues I’d experienced and then immediately went to work! Turns out that I had A bad breaker and A broken one. He fixed them with ease and he is very well priced. Highly recommend!

Set up an appointment. They not only didn't show, but didn't even call. Terrible customer service!!

Just no. Took forever to get in touch with. Fair price but took weeks to get them to our home. One installed electrical socket does not work. The overheard lights now flicker. Owner was hard to get a hold of and when we did, he spoke in a sharp tone and he was creepy. Should have looked up critical reviews instead of going with the more favorable ones. They were sued by a supplier a couple of years ago too. Go with another electrician. Please.
