Your employees on lunch break today in their work truck in line at McDonalds gave a couple of senior folks passing through Brazil from Ohio a surprise when we found out Carbon Heating and Air paid our tab ahead of us. First class act, lads! Well done, indeed. Very much appreciated from a PAIR of 35 years each of military service. I have used Carbon Heating...for 8 years. When I moved into my home I called Doug on a recommendation of family to keep my HVAC running smoothly. It was all original so when time to replace system I asked Carbon To provide that service. I also had a whole-house humidifier added. I use their semi annual maintenance contract. The installers were knowledgeable and efficient. Tom has been my service tech since then. I feel very safe and comfortable. They are trustworthy and reliable. I appreciate having the same tech each time. It’s reassuring when Tom pulls up in the Carbon HVAC truck.

Hottest week of the year and the AC isn't keeping up. Jeremy came out and he was great. He was very nice and polite, and seemed to really care. He took time to explain what was going on and managed to breathe new life back into my "antique" AC. I'll be needing a new unit in the future and I will be calling Doug and Jeremy again! Excellent service! Thank you!

The install team was very professional and respectful of my property. They installed a new furnace, heat pump, and thermostat. They noticed one of my rooms didn’t have adequate air flow and installed a vent for me. After installation they ran me through the operation of my new equipment and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand.
Carbon heating and cooling will be the company I turn to for all future hvac work.

Service calls for minor issues are handled quickly and professionally. I will continue to use Carbon Heating and Cooling!
