He was very honest and explained things to me. He was nice and professional, turned out the problem wasnt what I thought and he was honest about it. I appreciated that a lot! And they actually answered their phone and cared about my issue. I will definately recommend them!

Professional but easy to talk to, didn't even mind my rambunctious pitbull sniffing all around him. He could have done unnecessary work and I would never have known, but instead he pointed out an alternate solution, and walked me through how do it myself to save myself some money. I even had a secondary issue in the house, asked him to take a quick look and, again, he gave me a quick rundown regarding what I could try myself before getting a professional involved. I got repeated reminder and "on our way" texts, so I wasn't just waiting by the door.
Give them a call, they don't charge much at all to come take a look, and they obviously want repeat business, instead of an expensive one-time shakedown

Ritchie's Plumbing replaced a ball valve for us the same day we called. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving and was on time! Very nice to work with and would highly recommend Ritchie's Plumbing! Will definitely use them in the future.

Clint was very professional and explained everything . Gave options. Was a hard worker and stayed until he was satisfied , we were satisfied. Would highly recommend him.

Ritchie's plumbing really got us out of a jam. We were closing on a house and the inspector found some plumbing issues that required fixing. A real person (Ashley) answered the phone was able to have Clint come right out, quote, and schedule the repair. All in a matter of a few days!!! Big thumbs up!!!

Our Hot water heater was not heating the way it should so I contacted Richie's Plumbing and set up time for them to come and check it. They showed up on time and made the repair on the water heater. The service was great and very professional. If you need a professional plumber who you can trust and will do you an excellent job, then call Richie's plumbing.

Seemed Honest and cared about how they leave the customer. Don't seem like the type to screw you over. Only used them once but a great first impression.

*UPDATE*: Hired them back to install a water softener. They did an amazing job setting it up and it looks beautiful. Everything looks nice and organized. Easy to access. Nothing looks complicated with the setup either.

Wonderful company and wonderful people. Went above and beyond, working well past normal business hours to get my water back on. Answered all my questions about how things would be fixed as well a few projects I would like to do in the spring and down the road. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Clint.

From scheduling with Ashley to service work with Clint, I was impressed with their work and can’t ever imagine calling someone else for my plumbing needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Clint. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Our issue was a loud noise from the pump or pressure switch. Clint found the problem plus showed us other problems we were unaware of. We appreciate him crawling around our crawl space for hours to fix the issues and correct poor workmanship of the previous plumber. Thankfully, the noise is no longer an problem and we don't have to worry about the water tank or pressure switch failing any time soon. Thank you Clint.

Plummer was right on time. I have used Ritchie's plumbing twice in the past two years including today. EXCELLENT service and always takes time to explain things. Very friendly and courteous. I would look no further then Richie's. We're very pleased.
