We purchased our new house last July and had Isadore Mechanical Heating And Cooling come out to inspect our units. Yes, I said unit with an "S". Our house has not one, but two HVAC units. One was the OG, or, original unit (28yrs old)and one was added with the addition to the house (7yrs old). Joe and his lovely wife, Jenny, came out and took a look. Joe stated the new unit was fine but the old geezer unit would make it through the summer, but would definitely need to be replaced by winter. Eh...what does he know anyway? What is he, some type of an "expert" or something??? Summer had come and gone without any issues. Then came fall, still purring like a kitty, no problems. As we entered into, whatever the hell this season is called, the old dog starts getting grumpy. Pilot light keeps going out and will only stay lit for an hour or so but it's all good because one day it's spring and the next day it's spring"ish" so heat is not on our list of necessities. Well....back to my "whatever the hell season this is" decides to become full on winter and we became the frozen tundra of the north overnight. Now heat has become a necessity and guess what? We have none, at least in the Master bedroom, office, and living room because that was the OG'S jurisdiction. As my husband and I lie in bed on that first heatless night, alternating the roles of Big Spoon, Little Spoon to keep warm, we wished that we had listened to the HVAC expert who couldn't have been more accurate on the timing. We thought for sure that it was going to take weeks to get a new system put in, and take out a second mortgage to pay for it. I called Jenny at Isadore Mechanical Heating And Cooling on Saturday, they were out on Monday and had the whole thing installed by the time I got home from work! Not only did they do an awesome job replacing this thing (it had old metal tubing and they changed it to PVC) they upgraded it from 80% efficiency unit to a High efficiency unit AND installed a whole house humidifier, which our animals will be forever thankful for due to the high voltage zaps during belly rubs. Most importantly, I didn't have to sell any of my children or get 2nd mortgage to pay for it! Financing was a breeze and they explained all of the options in such detail, my 10 year old could understand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your HVAC needs. Professional, reasonable price, friendly, hgh quality work, all done within 72 hours from initial call to installed. They will definitely be the call we make when our other unit bites it. 😊

I have used Isadore Mechanical several times and they NEVER disappoint! Joe is very knowledgeable and does a great job for a very reasonable rate. I think what sets them above all others is their integrity. They wont charge you for items you don't need.

Joe put in my new furnace years ago and did a great, efficient and cost effective job. When my AC went out today it only took him a few hours to get to me. Of course again I received A+ service. What Joe didn't know is I'm a heart patient and how the heat effects me. He gives the same standard of excellence to all his customers. Use him and tell all your family and friends.

Heat went out at 2 am called Isadores at 7am they had us fixed before 10 am first class all the way

The guy was quite rude the first trip out. For $95 an hour I want to know what you are doing and how you are fixing it. Not to be told that im stressing you out. They didn't check my utility room like I asked either. They had to come back and fix a pipe that didn't have a cap on it. I asked them to stay until my gas company came and checked it so they didn't have to come back out, they walked out drove off and left my front door wide open with no heat in 35° weather 2 kids and a dog. Yes things were fixed but the lady was more professional than the man was.
