Merz was very professional. They were on time and replaced our HVAC units swiftly and for a very good price. We will definitely be using them in the future and we fully will recommend them to others.

As with every single time before. They do quality work for a fair price, are always on time and clean up any mess they might make while working. They did the original plumbling work when my home was built 11.5 years ago and we've chose to work only with them since. Every time is highly predictable and smooth. They always stick to the quoted price and do perfect work!! Thank you again. We are customers for life!

The morning of my scheduled furnace maintenance, I discovered my kitchen faucet was leaking badly. Merz not only looked at when they came for the furnace appointment but determined the problem AND fixed it the same day. They always take the time and see the job through. Courteous and professional. Gregg and Brandon came out to trench approx 100ft of gas line for a fire pit and to get the whole thing hooked up. They were on time, hard working and super friendly! Would highly recommend again. We will be using them for all of our routine seasonal HVAC and other repairs needed in the future

I always get great service with Merz’s!! I live a few houses away from them. And I called them about my water heater. And they were at my home in an hour and put in a new water heater and I had hot water in less then two hour. This isn’t the first time. I’ve had a furnace put in too! I’m very happy with them ! We had a heating company come out and tell us we needed a new HVAC system. In a panic, with no heat after this snow storm, we called Merz for a second opinion. Jeff was at our house within a half hour, diagnosed the issue, gave an honest and helpful opinion- along with noticing something that was done incorrectly previously. We chose to replace the part, along with the piece that was done incorrectly. He went above and beyond- calling a colleague to grab the part at the warehouse before it closed, got it to us and replaced within 2 hours. This afternoon, we had no heat and fears of spending 10k+ on a new system. Tonight, we are going to bed with a working system, new parts, and a new favorite heating company. They are honest, straightforward and so nice to work with- going above and beyond to keep us as comfortable and make it as seamless as possible!

Woke up to no AC and once I realized that it was a holiday weekend, I felt like it was going to be impossible to get it fixed, let alone looked at. We had been referred to Merz Plumbing Heating & Air by a friend and so I gave them a call. Well, they just obtained a new customer. Very professional from the moment Kam answered the phone all the way through the end of the repair. Kam was amazing from seeing if she could find one of the guys to stop by to take a look and to calling me right back! Jeff arrived within a few hours of me calling and he too was very professional. He explained what the issue was, replaced the failing part and gave us tips on what to keep up with. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Merz to others! I am a happy customer who is now back to sitting in her cooled down house! Thank you so much!

I noticed water leaking from my water heater and called Merz at 12:55. Having never used them, I was expecting the usual...they'd be out tomorrow to look at it, realize it needed replaced, order a new one, be out the next week for install. Nope, not with Merz! Within 2 1/2 hours of finding the leak I had a new water heater installed. For having an unexpected expense, Merz made the whole situation as painless as possible. I will definitely be using Merz for all my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!

We have been with Merz for years now, they have done repairs on the old HVAC system and then installed new furnace and AC a year and half ago. They have always been great at the work and also great to deal with very friendly and explain everything. Very trustworthy!

Merz did a fantastic job. They uncolgged the sink in our bathroom and installed a new toilet in that same bathroom all in the same day. They were very reasonably priced, too! After spending months stressing over which local plumbing service to use, I can honestly say I am glad we chose this one.

The technicians were on time. They got right to work. When they encountered a problem with a part (that was ordered from a local home improvement store), they acted quickly to get it resolved.

I needed the TXV to be replaced on my air conditioning unit , another company quoted $1500 , then said they would do it for $ 1261 if I signed up for monthly plan. Merz fixed it for half of that. Everyone is very friendly , honest and very professional. I highly recommend Merz.

Josiah came out and replaced a couple valves and a toilet flange and also answered some non-plumbing related questions. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you Merz!!

The two young men came to install a new toilet for us and remove the old one. They did their job quickly and efficiently without any mess all the time while our two great grandchildren talked to them. Very personable to have them. Every time we’ve have Merz come for different calls, we’ve had great service. We highly recommend this business.

They did a good job and answered all my questions and cleaned up everything before they left. I am having all my Heating Plumbing and Air Conditioning from now on done by Merz.

I called Merz in the morning because I didn’t have any hot water. They came the same day and fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. I have had them out a number of times the last 3 years. I am always satisfied with the work that was done. The prices seem fair also.
