The tech was friendly and efficient. He left the area as clean as he found it and removed all packaging and trash along with the old faucet. He took his time and made sure my wife was happy with the installation. Great job

I was happy with my maintenance service today preformed by Travis. He arrived on time, answered my questions and did a great job of inspection and service on the furnace.

Jacob put in a vent system for pipes to plumbing and put in washer box and fixed my tub faucet. He ran a little later than anticipated, but they kept in touch.

Friendly, prompt and efficient. Problem was fixed within three hours from the time that I called them. I'm a very happy customer. I gave them 5* because I don't know how they could have improved on this job.

Cory did an awesome job on our furnace. He replaced our thermostat and explained how to operate it. Recommended some services to be done at the next service date. We were very happy with everything. Good job Cory!

I had a navien installed to replace very old oil boiler plus aging water heater. While we experienced some flow issues from a very old set up once heating season arrived, this group evaluated and arranged some pipe feeds to create a very balanced system across my 2 zones. Very professional and thorough installers and I am now pleased.

Jacob was great. Found the leak right away and fixed it with minimal disruption or putting in a big repair hole. Explained all the issues. First rate experience and excellent value. Could not be happier. Discovered they use flat rate pricing and will tell you in advance what it will cost. Sometimes excessive but talk with Shannon and he can discuss how might help you with the cost. These are good guys

These people cared about my situation of no heat and they came the day I called them and diagnosed the problem. Had to order a part for my furnace and in two days I have heat. Austin from Flow-Tech came out the first time and assessed the job as it was a little difficult to picture from my description over the phone. It was a water leak from a second floor washing machine that was leaking from the upstairs down to over our basement steps. To do the repair safely he would need a second person. We rescheduled the appointment and they came out replaced and rerouted some new PVC pipe and got the job done!!! Austin was very respectful of me and our home. He and Jacob who came out to assist.
