Highly recommend Green Touch Services! They handle our HOA lawn care at a Ryan Homes community in Greenfield, Indiana, and the crew is always friendly and professional. I reached out about aeration and over-seeding — Brad gave me a quick estimate, and they had it done just a few days later. Core aeration and seeding were done right. Great service all around!

GT Services is simply the best. For the last 20+ years they have done our landscape design/maintenance and irrigation installation/maintenance. They are fantastic!!!!

We have used Green Touch for several years at our 179 condominium complex in Fishers. As a resident I was very happy with the quality of work, and for a large community their attention to detail. In the last year I have taken over the landscape and grounds maintenance responsibilities for the complex and am so pleased we have chosen Green Touch as a community partner. Their work is excellent and responsiveness to our requests, spot on

Great response, follow up, and work. Eric, Scott,Tim, Russell, Mike and team lead a backyard transformation that deserves to be on HGTV. They executed on time and did it right. No short cuts. The quality and care was top notch from start to finish. I am not easy to please. Highly recommend them. The entire GT team is “all in” and invested in your happiness with the project. Requested quote and still haven't heard from them. Courtesy call would have been nice regardless of how far I might live. UPDATE, Green Touch Services reached out today. I requested a quote after seeing them working on a residential property in Indianapolis. They were knocking it out in records time due to their extensive equipment and hard working employees.

I have used this landscape company for the last few years and they have transformed my backyard in that time. I cannot wait for everything to grow & fill in over time. Tim and his crew are a pleasure to work with.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Yard is a complete disaster after they installed landscaping, sod, and seed in my new construction home last July. Tree out front did not get planted deep enough, huge dips the yard (not utility related) and the rest is EXTREMELY uneven. Do not recommend. I'm going to have to pay for someone to come fix this less than a year later.

No response from them.

Just caught their crew discarding the debris from a neighboring property into my yard...but I'm sure that's what all the "reputable" landscaping companies do...

Cut off by one of your trucks on the road.

Love the work they do on my yard itself. However, it’s the showing up unannounced, no invoices for months after the fact, and no response to my emails that gets me.

They are the contractor for landscaping in our new build neighborhood. We were left with yards unleveled, large debris under our sod, severed drainage/sump pump lines, dead trees and shrubs, and trees not fully planted into the ground.

Drivers, operating multiple trucks with this company's name on it, drove in the middle of the road with no regard for oncoming traffic. Very reckless and dangerous. If they work like how they drive, I will never call them for any services. Ever.

This happened earlier today, not the very moment I am writing this.

ETA: 11/04/25: they leave their mowers idling outside my house without supervision for over half an hour so I cannot hear myself think inside the house at all. When asked to turn it off he moved it less than 100 ft and left it running, still in front of my house. It is loud, obnoxious, a waste of fuel, and bad for the environment. Terrible company, never book this company imo. I’m sure the workers are good people but they do not care about doing good work and it shows in the way the yards in the neighborhood constantly look unkempt and yet they’re here sometimes three days a week.

Always outside my window before 8AM. Refuses to keep to a routine even with good weather. No one ever knows what’s going on or where their supervisor is. Not that the supervisor would do anything if they were available to speak to. Unprofessional in the extreme.

ETA: 3 weeks later, still mowing in front of my bedroom window before 8 AM. Somehow they can’t ever seem to finish my yard before 2-3 in the afternoon even though it’s the size of a postage stamp. Leaving grass clippings all over the driveways and generally being a nuisance with no recourse
