Aurora Heat and Air is a great company. They are always willing to work with us and pick up the phone every time I have a question. They have installed all new units at my home and business.

Aurora Comfort serviced my TRANE XV95 furnace & fixed my issue with the thermostat. Travis (the owner) came out personally. He answered every question I had & walked me through what he was doing. I would highly recommend him & Aurora Comfort to take care of anyone that needs HVAC/FURNACE issues. Very responsible prices.

Came out within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday and got our AC back up and running after accidently cutting a wire while trimming. Fast, friendly, and great service!

From quotation to installation Aurora Comfort H & C was professional, delivering quality product and service. We had two complete HVAC systems installed in a multi family property.

Travis made extra effort to insure that the Tempstar equipment he recommended was sized and spec’d properly for the living space, conducting an online search of the property. He was very familiar with local code and was intentional in his quote to insure compliance. On the day of the install the Aurora crew was punctual and worked efficiently to complete the work in one day.

Aurora’s quotation was very competive but it wasn’t the lowest. I was confident and comfortable that selecting them was an investment worth making. I highly recommend talking to Travis if you’re in the market for HVAC. You won’t be disappointed.

Travis and his team do an amazing job. They have installed mini splits for my rental properties and are always professional, ontime and affordable. He even finds time to help me trouble shoot them if I ever have an issue.

Travis was quick to answer the call and available same-day in this case. However, not only was he quick to respond but also took the time to make sure the underlying cause of the issue was addressed. Communicated well throughout the process and extremely helpful in explaining ways to prevent future issues.

I called to get an estimate from another company and this company was so much more affordable. They were very thorough on arrival time to showing me what was done. Very friendly! I've been using this service for a long time but previously moved. I wasn't sure if they did service in my new area and was happy to find out that they did. Highly recommend!!!!!

Travis Ochs replaced our furnace. He arrived on time. Explained everything he was doing. Very informative and easy to talk to. Left everything cleaner than when he got here. Would highly recommend him to do any of the services he does

Just had Travis and team install new furnace and A/C, with high performance filtration and air sanitizing. They were great end to end - from the quote, Q&A, to the installation. They pricing was more than competitive, and they left the place cleaner than they found. I highly recommend them.

Update Mayl '25: Update: We recently had to get a new AC/Furnace unit as our old one died … Again amazing price, service and expertise from Travis and his team. They came on time and finished the entire job in 3 hours! Travis’ expertise helped us “right size” our unit & we love our new AC as it really cools down our house like never before … only wish we would’ve done it sooner!

I called Aurora Comfort Heating and Cooling during 90 degree heat and high humidity when my AC went out. They came out same day, found the problem quickly, and fixed it efficiently!

We have had excellent service from Travis and his crew. They just completed installation of a new gas furnace and A/C unit for our 1st floor. The existing system failed Dec. 30 and we were concerned how quickly a replacement could be installed. We'll, with Aurora Comfort we had nothing to worry about. The old unit was removed and the new unit was installed and operating in about 5 hours time.
This company is outstanding!
