Bob has been my heating & air tech for 15 yrs. +. There is no other like him. He can get anything up & running. I have seen him resurrect practically prehistoric AC units. He is always there for me when I have a resident too hot or too cold or a unit is down. He has made my job as a Prop Mgr/Realtor so much more possible because of his help, expertise, and attitude. I could not give a higher rating to a contractor in my 30+ yr real estate mgmt. career. His wit is always there to give you some comic relief as well. Please don’t retire until you are 70+. Thanks to others for the recommendation. We just used Yarnell Heating and Air. Local family business. It's Bob and his son. Gave me multiple options (who even does that these days?) and was very reasonable. One of the best service people I have used in many years. Highly recommended!

I have had Bob do work on multiple houses including a complete HVAC upgrade at my newest house. His price was at-least $3000 less than anyone else I spoke with. I refer him to everyone I know.

The service I received from Yarnell’s was incredible. Recently, on one of the coldest weekends of the year, my furnace began making a strange, sharp metallic noise. I needed someone to come out right away but was leery of being taken advantage of. I asked my neighbors if they knew of an honest, reliable HVAC company and Yarnell’s (Bob) was recommended. I am so happy that I called him. He came over, quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Yarnell’s is a company with integrity run by a man with integrity. Bob is trustworthy, dependable, and affordable. I now tell all of my family and friends about this wonderful company. I believe all homeowners should have Yarnell’s in their contact list. They are in mine to stay!

Bob is a trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable guy. I called several big name companies and some local companies as well, sadly I was being price gouged left and right…at least that’s my perception. One company quoted me $22,000 for a 1500 sqft space…are you serious?!

Back to my point, I had no heat for 5 consecutive days before I decided to call Bob. He is not a greedy shark by any means. He’s very personable and has reasonable prices. He’s also willing to answer any questions that you have. To sum it up in one phrase, I’d call Bob “God sent” :)

Bob and his son did a great job on installing a new HVAC system in my house. They were professional, had great pricing, and did a great job overall. I had a friend send me Bob's number after I told him I received 5 different quotes from other well-known companies that were outrageous prices. The quote Bob gave me was the best price I received for the quality of equipment by FAR out of 6 other companies I received quotes from.
