I was thoroughly pleased and grateful for the service I received from Elite Heating and Air. I scheduled a heating tune up. During the tune up Technician Travis, discovered and addressed an issue that was impacting the efficiency of my heater. It was also affecting the heat within my house. Travis quickly detected and corrected the issue. Travis was very courteous and explained everything to me clearly. He was truly a blessing. I highly recommend Elite Heating and Air.

Everyone was so nice. They came out quickly and Replaced my furnace the next day.

Had our spring check up and we have been having thermostat issues. Ryan was thorough and addressed our issue promptly. Honestly, he took the extra steps to make sure everything was working. Most of all I felt like Ryan cared about doing a great job for US-/like not just another service call.

Drew come out to clean my Furnace. Little did he know he would also be entertaining my ten month old. Happy with the service Drew did and thankful he involved my little as she was very Interested what he was doing.

Philip came and quickly diagnosed the issue. He worked with the home warranty company smoothly and the claim was approved. I would recommend!

All good; courteous, articulate and professional. Promised a 30-minute advance call before arrival which we did not get. Not a big deal, as we were home all day, but on a difference day it might.

They came out within an hour of calling. They explained how my home warranty did and did not work. They got us financing within minutes. The install team came right over and we're finished in a flash. They made sure I Understood exactly what I needed and why. We won't ever use any other company.

Elite has been our go to for HVAC for nearly 3 years now, and they are always prompt, friendly and considerate; explain what needs to be done if anything and I trust the technicians to know what theyre doing and are completely professional. Travis is our techician and it was good to see a familiar face.

I am well satisfied from the time I started dealing with elite heating and air 3 years ago. Each interaction via phone or in person has been professional and knowledgeable. Having a busy life, they make it easy to keep up with scheduled maintenance as needed and work around my schedule. Each tech sent has been very professional and pleasant. Conner was our latest tech and listened to my concerns and answered all questions without leading me to purchase unnecessary items. Looking forward to working with this company for a long time.

Aaron was prompt and patient while explaining what he was doing with our system. He fixed our capacitor problem quickly and got our system running on a hot day I bought this system from Elite and we have been very happy with it and their service.

Furnace died with extreme cold temperatures. Service requested Saturday morning. Technician showed up within an hour new system install installed next day.

The highly skilled installers arrived on time and were very professional in going about their work. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful job they did installing our new hvac system. The Carrier unit they installed makes my house feel so much more cool than our old Trane. I can’t recommend Aaron and team enough.
