We had a water leak after hours. Zach work us into his busy schedule. He explained everything that needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend and we will be using Summers for future home projects.

Summers has been our go-to plumbing, heating, and cooling company for 4 houses now. They make you feel comfortable with them in your house and show utmost respect. We do the yearly Service Agreement with them (great value)!
We wouldn’t trust any other company or use any other company. They have replaced furnaces, hot water heaters, etc. for us and we have never had any issues. I recommend Summers for any of your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs. You should also check into the Service Agreement program.

The old cast iron discharge pipe from the kitchen corroded and collapsed, leaving me with no drain for the kitchen.

Mike Ward and his assistant put in two days of hard work to re-route the old drain, add a new pump and run new pipe across the entire basement to the main discharge pipe.

They were awesome! They answered all of my questions, laughed at my jokes and fixed my plumbing problem. Now I can wash dishes again. (yay)

I have several other plumbing projects to be done in the future and I will certainly be using Summers again.

Showed up fast on a Saturday evening. Identified the issue with in 10 minutes. Had us back to normal operation in 30 minutes. Was only there for 1h10min.

We’ve used Summers for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. We’ve been impressed with every technician they’ve sent. I’d like to especially recognize Mike from their plumbing department who has provided exceptional service, is trustworthy and does a great job explaining the problem and what he can do to fix it.

Bob Transue did absolutely everything right!! He showed me the inside of the indoor unit, explaining why it was so important to keep the filter changed. He even took his boots off to come in my house because he forgot his footies! Summers plumbing never fails my expectations and always sends out great technicians! He also did a great job hosing down and cleaning the outdoor unit. I really appreciate it his time. (He’s also a Marine, so you know he takes pride in over does.) 10 out 10.

Very professional, called me back, came out and fixed my AC same day. Given how hot it’s been I was impressed with their ability to get to us so quickly. I would highly recommend.

Had a bad drain problem water backing up.It was a mess.Curis and Mykala did a great job of fixing a stubborn drain....they even cleaned up my downstairs bathroom and garage after they were done...Thanks!

Eric was great to deal with Even though HVAC is not my cup of tea, it was nice to not being talked down to like a lot of technicians do. I would hope at summer’s you guys would Have him train any of your new text to give your customers respect as he showed thanks again

Always prompt and great service! My AC is working better than ever and it was done quickly and professionally. The team didn’t hesitate completing an additional request that they weren’t planning on too.

Very informative and quick service call. Very professional.We give kudos to Michael Welty. He was very professional and got stuck in our snowy 1/8 mile long driveway and the tow truck was no help but with Michael working together with me …we hooked the truck up to my expedition with 4 wheel drive and managed to pull him out and all the way up our lane which is all up hill!! He then proceeded to still go to the hardware store get the part that we needed. Walked back down the lane and fixed damaged pipe and walked all the way back up our lane! What a good sport. He solved our problem 😊 Happy to call Summer Plumbing again!!!

Brantley was exceptional today in taking the time and being thorough diagnosing my problem, which turned out to be my nest thermostat. I appreciate his knowledge and skill set and wish I would’ve made a phone call sooner. He was professional and respectful, especially with my toddlers running around. I would welcome him back if I ever have another issue.
P.s. It pays to pay for the annual diagnostic maintenance, DO IT! It is not expensive and will save you in the long run.

Recently had an issue with my water heater so I contacted Summers New Albany. Adam was prompt with returning my call and got me on the schedule that day. Zac came out and quickly repaired the issue I was having and offered additional repair solutions for down the road. Highly recommend Summers for your repair needs!

Summers worked with us on a new AC by making multiple trips out here to try and to fix our old unit and fit us for a new one that was better matched to our house size. They also provided multiple packages which gives flexibility to personal budgets and goals. We had previously had them out to clean and service our old equipment with no concerns as well.

They texted with us throughout the process, always letting us know when they were headed our way, and answering any questions that we had along the way.

I have no problem recommending Summers to others and will be calling them again in the future.

Summers is the company to use to help you with any issues you may be having. They are quick to get someone out to look at your systems and have exceptional customer service. Bob was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was in and out and able to fix our AC issue at a great price! Will definitely use Summers for any future concerns. Even just regular servicing!

Summers has done great work for me, and I appreciate their service. They are quick, reasonable, and kind. They re-routed one of my drain pipes and unclogged my underground outflow.
