Caleb was very courteous and professional! The routine maintenance for the furnace went very smoothly as did the one in spring for the A/C.

My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of service we received today from Caleb. He worked very hard to figure out why our furnace wasn't working. He also cleaned the coils which provided us with better air quality. We are now enjoying a cozy warm home again. Thank you Caleb for a job well done.

Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!

I had yearly maintenance on my heating system prior to cold weather coming on. The technician was very informative about my system and pointed out several things.

Showed up at my door 4 hours after I called about my furnace not working. Very fast response! The tech was very friendly.

I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home.

Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Jim did all of that and we appreciate the excellent service provided.

Hartman Brothers are the best people to work with, always dependable! Caleb helped us set up a schedule on our thermostat and helped us hook up our phones to the thermostat also!

Caleb did a wonderful job on replacing the coil on my A/C. Of course, there are always bumps in the road. But, Caleb handled everything professionally and was a Very Nice technician.

22 years ago Hartman's installed our furnace/AC. When the unit recently started having serious issues Hartman's tried to repair the unit, spending a few hours but the aging unit had given all it could and wouldn't stay fired after the flame sense was cleaned and the rest of the unit examined.
That tech, who's name I have unfortunately lost - possibly Jim, thoroughly explained everything during his inspection so I could relay the information to my husband.
After I discussed financing options with Hartman's for the replacement Rick Hartman cared for every detail and made the transition seamless. Our issue began on 3/10 and the replacement unit was installed on 3/14; a needed part was driven overnight to meet the installation date. Kevin and Jason from the install crew were very knowledgeable, professional and quickly fabricated a 3 in metal base for a perfect fit. This crew comes prepared! Josh set the unit air force specs 4 times until we found my personal preference. Roger Hartman came out during installation to give us our paperwork and check with the install crew. The installation was completed in 7 hrs and the crew never took a break! I would hire Hartman's any day for a red carpet customer service satisfaction experience with a company that has a great reputation, a friendly and professional crew with many years of accumulated experience, all the employees clearly work well together and have excellent knowledge and workmanship and work ethics. I highly recommend Hartman's, you won't be disappointed. They not only arrived on time but we're actually a little early!

Technician (Jim) performed biannual maintenance. Very thorough. Answered questions, explained how to utilize controls to optimize performance. Can’t imagine a better experience.
