I love going there cause I know I am going to get in, and things are going to be explained to me if I ask a question. They are as helpful as can be if they can be.

Came here to get our data recorder fixed....ANND we did! Very quick, friendly, honest and did us a favor of coming in on his day off!! If you don’t go here to get what you need for your thermo stuff, you went to the wrong place!! Highly recommend

I will use them again. Would even go 200 miles out of my way for APU service. Bypassing Indianapolis in the one outside of Chicago on the Indiana Side great fast courteous

Great shop! No appointment needed. I was able to get right in and have my apu diagnosed and fixed in a few hours time.

After having Thermo King in Greensboro, NC work on my APU I still had my problem. Got a chance to stop in here and it was GREAT. Once I arrived both women in the office where very nice. Was instructed to go drop my trailer and come back around where I was immediately pulled into a bay. The techs that worked on my APU where Tom and Adam. Do to there extreme knowledge, problem fixed. Thanks ALOT !!!!

They figured out the problem very quick but still went thru to make sure everything else was working properly, even had a 2nd guy doing a double check on it all. Even doing a double and thorough check on the tripac they managed to be quick. In and out within 30mins. They were also very friendly and polite, made sure to ask permission to check inside the truck before jumping in. If I have any more problems I hope I'm in this area!

APU was running a bit rough. They got me right in and had back on the road within a couple hours.
