Craig fixed my mom’s outlet at her house in Greenville. She threw away a microwave thinking it was the problem, but the new one didn’t work either. We called Remedy Electrical Services and he came out quickly. He was able to find the real problem and rewired it correctly. Probably preventing even more problems. I would definitely recommend and will be using again for any future electrical issues at my mom’s house or my own.

I just had a great experience with this outfit. Craig did a super job installing my 10 circuit generator service and added an additional switch for my garage lights. Communication was superb and a quality job all around.

I called Remedy because I like to use local and small businesses. I needed a new receptacle for my dryer so I called and Craig was very nice and came the night of the day I called. Him and his son was very nice and very professional and he saved my day because you never realize how much you need a dryer when you don’t have one! After he did the repair I felt safe in using my dryer!! I would recommend him over these large electrical companies any day!!! He was very fair in his pricing and he even brought me a new dryer cord!!!!

Just got recessed lights installed in my living room and what an upgrade! Craig was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also very fast to respond and got me scheduled quickly.

Had a main breaker go out and was without power because of it. I called Craig at Remedy. I was glad that he had what I needed and he came and worked in the heat to get it replaced so I could have my power back on. He was very friendly, courteous and quick. I used this service about a week ago for a breaker that was buzzing. Craig was very friendly and was able to come out the same day to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue within about 15 minutes. I was happy with the price he charged me and I have not had an issue since he fixed the problem. I will definitely be using Craig again!

As a first time customer me and my family had a wonderful experience. Craig and his team were very reasonable, fast, friendly- did I say friendly? - courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient at accomplishing the job requested. They were able to get out to my house within an hour of me calling. They took care of some work involving my panel box and some wiring issues and were able to take care of some extra work as well.
