We had a burning smell coming up through the heater vents. I called and booked a same day appointment. Jason sent me a text to let me know their arrival time and they arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem, Jason provided me with options and I decided to have the fan motor replaced. They were professional, courteous and got my furnace up and running quickly. I felt they were honest and very knowledgeable and definitely recommend if you need heating and cooling service.

Outstanding experience working with E&J. Had an outside AC unit, indoor coils and a capacitor for the blower replaced. Additionally, they found and repaired a small gas leak at the furnace fitting. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they care about what they do and the quality of their work. Will definitely use in the future.

Had a new humidifier installed on furnace to replace an existing broken one. Price was less than quotes from 2 other companies and quite reasonable. Work was done within an hour and tech was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of house. Scheduling was easy, able to get work done within a few days of calling. App to track technician on the way to our house was incredibly convenient. Would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.
