I recently had a complete AC and heatpump w/ gas furnace checkup performed by Alpha Heating and Air and I was very impressed. Philip was professional, courteous, and right on time. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean all units inside and out including the heat exchanger. The A/C unit out side was full of grass and mud... From now on I will have them come sooner than every 9 years ... They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I felt confident that my AC was in good hands. I would highly recommend Alpha Heating and Air for any HVAC service needs.

Our AC stopped working. Upon contacting the company, Phillip was amazing at sending out Elijah that very same day to help us fix the issue! Friendly people and very professional! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Philip is super professional and is great at checking in and really making sure you understand what is going on and why an issue needs to be fixed. He got my broken air up and running while we waited for the part for a perm fix and checked in with me the day after the temp fix to make sure that temp fix was still working. Above and beyond service.
