We were referred to Richardson's through Rheem's website. They were kind and helpful on the phone and were able to squeeze us into a cancellation first thing the next morning. Mr. Richardson fixed the problem right on the spot and had the needed parts with him. We had a quote from a Louisville based company that was going to charge us thousands of dollars to repair and was encouraging us to replace the whole HVAC. Richardson's Heating and Air saved us thousands of dollars and were great to work with!!! We highly recommend them!

After my daughter purchased a new home that they installed the heating and cooling system in, the outside unit settled and was uneven. I was concerned about it and they sent out a VERY professional and knowledgeable young man who addressed every little thing I had questions about. When he left I felt like she has a solid system and if she ever has a problem in the future they will be there to take care of it. Will definitely use them for any heating and cooling problems I might have on my own home and would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and cooling work done.

Five stars no problem. The guys that came out to my house and installed complete HVAC including duck work. I could not be happier. It took a couple of days to get done but was well worth the time it took them to get it done and done right. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good service and professional employees.

A little disappointed. A tech came out to fix a sensor on our water heater however he cleaned corrosion from wires and re-lit pilot light in hopes that would fix the problem my landlord paid the service fee near $100 only this didn't fix the issue and now the company wants to charge another service fee to come back out and fix the original issue

Hired these guys to fix my heater. Joe the technician just tried to sell me some expensive thermostate. He changed a few parts and low and behold the next day my heater still didn’t work and had the same issues. I called them back and he “claimed” he knew what was going on with my heater yet he didn’t fix it while at my home. I called again they said they had to find out the part from “joe” well they never got back to me and still have not heat all winter and I’ve hired two companies in Salem and they gave me a lovely bill but they didn’t fix my heater.

Would give them negative stars if allowed. The biggest lying crooks you could ever find! I’ve never been so disrespected in my life from their so called immature owner! They use the cheapest products in the market and use refurbished units! Lying, shady, rude, disrespectful, cheap, and worse company in this business market! Will refuse to honor the warranty they have you pay for!

We’ve had our house for less than a year, and our air conditioner already broke in the middle of summer in a brand-new home with a brand-new unit. Even though we had a warranty with this company, they told us the broken part wasn’t covered, and we ended up paying $800 out of pocket. To make matters worse, the person we spoke with was rude and dismissive over the phone. The warranty felt worthless, and the customer service made a bad situation even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
