We had a severe sewage clog that resulted in the collapse of a sewer pipe. They removed the clog, replaced the collapsed pipe, and replaced the clogged T coupler with a Y coupler to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. They also fixed a leaky garden hose hydrant, installed a new garden hose hydrant for me, and gave me advice on how to resolve my standing water issues in my crawl space while they were here. They showed up early, charged less than I expected, and had the problem fixed in less than 24 hours from when I called. I would highly recommend.

finished the job on the same day despite some unforeseen obstacles with our piping. Friendly, clean, and respectful. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Returned my call, worked me into there already long Friday afternoon, got the job done Quick with no hassle (to me) while I was at work, made payment easy with my card right on his phone and Affordable especially considering they had to dig 5' down into very cold mud just to get to the water line., Did it all with a smile, many thanks for my business, and a kindness that made me feel like they were my neighbor's or long lost friends.
I tend to be hard to win over but loyal once you've won me.
I'll be working with Campbell's Plumbing again the next time I have a big job or an emergency that needs a prompt response.
And I'll be glad to pass the word to anyone else who needs real, friendly, there when you really need them kind of help.

This was a decades old, reputable business in Salem going back to when I was a kid. It seemed to slowly taper off as the owner(s) aged. When the two new owners took over in the last year or two, they started picking up business again. They responded quickly, had quality work, and fair prices. Their business has picked up so much that they seem to be scheduled out quite a ways, so it is harder to get the response they had at first, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. I do highly recommend them.

Called several times no one answers the phone. I also called several months ago and waiting for an estimate for some remodel work and never heard back from them.

Called last week and made an appointment with them for today between 1 and 3. No show or no call. Tried to call and got no answer. Was referred to them. But after this I will never refer them.
