I own a roofing company and every once in a blue moon AC lines are ran incorrectly and while laying the new roof, the lines become damaged. Ronnie and his team are always johnny on the spot to help me get this fixed for my clients! Fair prices and quick responses!

Ronnie's company came highly recommended when I began searching for a company to handle our businesses and home. What a great find!!! Airtech just wrapped a project for us that included two large mini splits in our shop area. Everything was so professionally installed we can barely see any wires (tucked nicely) and they were so very respectful, neat and appreciative of the work. AND, the very next morning I received a call from a renter that needed service and Ronnie arrived that same day to take care of the issue. Impressive response! I'm so thankful we have found a company that actually cares about the services they provide. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Airtech did a duct seal and cleaning at one of our properties we manage. They did good quality work, the technician pointed out several issues with ductwork, including open ductwork in our crawl space and opportunities to improve flow in the kitchen, which we'll act on. The owner also came and inspected all the work before everything finalized. We will be using them in the future and recommend their services.

Airtech was highly recommended to us by a friend. Our furnace and A/C had not been serviced in a few years. We had Airtech out and they were on time, got our units cleaned and recommended a maintenance item to be replaced, all for a very fair price. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I used AirTech to install a new ducted minisplit system at my house in New Albany. They completed the work quickly, were thorough with communication about arrival times and how the system operates, and installed everything in the attic and on the outside of the house well. Everything is working great now to keep my second floor cool. I would highly recommend Airtech to everyone for HVAC services.

Airtech was very polite on the phone. I currently live out of town. The AC went out. My wife attempted to fix on her own and was very close. She didn't put the disconnect in all the way and we called Airtech. They immediately sent someone out. He discovered the disconnect in improperly, pushed it in all the way and it worked. I needed service on my natural gas space heater on the Sunday we received at least 12 inches of snow! I was fortunate to get a call back from Ronnie from Airtech. He kept contact with me throughout his working on getting to me. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and I highly recommend Airtech!

Our system was not working this past winter and the outside coils were iced over. I called Airtech because they were the contractor that installed pur new system under our AHS home warranty. Ronnie came out and spent less than 15 minutes saying he found a loose wire and charged us $285. Except, our unit still never went out of emergency heat. Fast forward to spring, and we have no cooling. I called Stivers, the original contractor for HVAC installation when our home was built. They immediately found the loose wire that Airtech didn't properly land and we were back up and cooling for just $120. Don't waste your time with Airtech. Call Stivers.

Ripped me off for 100.00. Never mentioned service fee when got estimates. 480 dollars to put 20 dollars part in..tech came over for 15 minutes drank a gator aid used my bathroom walk Ed to my stove glanced at back and said he never had the part to fix it....3days later said they couldn't find part for it.asked for my 100 back....they refused. I gave them model and serial number over phone and they still sent tech over to take pictures of it..........total ripoff....should have checked for part before they sent tech.....gonna warn all my friends and neighbors Don't use them....rip offs!!!!!¡
