Mitch Craig recently installed my new HVAC system. The price was very competitive and the install very professional. No complaints whatsoever. A positive experience from start to finish.

Clayton and Troy from Mitch Craig Heating & Cooling installed a new more efficient furnace and heat pump. Couldn't ask for better installers. Explained what was going to happen at each stage of the process, treated our home with respected, and performed the install in a workman-like fashion. Also, took extra time to make sure we got the handle of the smart thermostat features. Would recommend.

Excellent service from Mitch Craig! My wife and I were alerted of high carbon monoxide levels in the house from our CO detectors. Within a couple of hours, Mike from Mitch Craig was at our house and found a cracked heat exchanger in our furnace. Two days later we had a brand new furnace and AC unit installed by them. Very thankful for their promptness and professionalism. Definitely consider these guys for your heating and air services!

Jared and Michael did a full replacement for us (HVAC and thermostat). They were clean, polite, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained all the changes, welcomed questions, and made sure we were set for success before they left. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had issues with my heat pump not producing hot or cool air. Upon calling for service, the company was very prompt with getting out to troubleshoot the issue. Clayton was the technician. He was very polite and knowledgeable while diagnosing the problem. After about an hour the issue was resolved.

As a home owner that has never owned a heat pump, I really appreciated Clayton taking the time to walk me through the system and what to keep an eye on. Overall great experience.

I am a handicap senior and my A/C unit went out several days ago and it’s an old unit so I started my search for repair when I read all the reviews on Mitch Craig I gave them a call and they sent out a service rep. Within the hour he looked the situation over and gave me a quote for replacing both and I was amazed at the price I agreed to replace but this is amazing it was 85* in my house and he got with the owner and within 45-minutes a tech was there to get my old unit going (we were under a heat advisory) the next day the crew arrived at 9-am and by 2-pm had both units installed and running my house is now comfortable, not many if any companies out there would have done what they did I can’t thank you enough you have my business for sure and you will be highly recommended by me many thanks.

I rent a duplex so i was not apart of the purchase process with Mitch and Craig Heat and Air but I did meet two of their employees, AJ and Carver, they came to my home at 9am and finished at 1pm. I had plenty of time to get ready for work by 2pm. They are two young experienced well trained men that are very polite and caring. They showed and explained everything about the heat/air unit and the thermostat. My dog Asher loved them both, he didn't want them to leave. Only company I will trust for HVAC/furnace servicing. Was initially quoted an outrageous amount by a different company in 2023 for an entirely new system, Mitch Craig came out quickly and *actually looked at the system, they were able to replace a part and get my current system working again. Their service agreement is a great investment. Staff are always friendly and very respectful of my time and home when they come to service. Christopher came to service my unit today and gave me helpful information about what filter would be best to preserve my current (very dated) system. Cant say enough good things about this company!

I've been receiving fantastic service from Mitch Craig since purchasing my condo in 2018. Today, I was lucky that Clayton came out and got my AC working (on a Saturday AND Derby Day) for a very reasonable charge. Shortly after buying my place, I had an issue with my heat. Although they had not installed the unit, they informed me that the repair was covered by warranty and they even filed the warranty paperwork for me. One thing I knew before Clayton arrived today was that for whatever reason the AC was out, I knew I'd be dealt with honestly and professionally. Thanks Clayton, Billy and the rest of the crew. Absolutely top notch experience with Mitch Craig!!! We decided to replace our 23yr old air conditioner and heater so we solicited quotes from a couple of different companies. We met with David at our house and he was fantastic. In just a short time he had quote for us that was great and an open install date the next day since I was going out of town. The install team of Clayton and Troy were outstanding. They answered questions throughout the day and after they were finished Clayton took the time to go over the details of the install and operation of our new unit. The entire Mitch Craig team are some of the nicest, hardest working, people you will meet. They kept their word and went above and beyond in attention to detail and making sure we were satisfied with this purchase. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I reached out on a Monday afternoon to Mitch Craig about replacing my air conditioning and gas furnace units. The next morning their Service Manager David came to my house and assessed my heating/cooling needs and ran through my options. He made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions every step of the way. A representative from Mitch Craig Customer Service called me on Thursday afternoon and advised all my new equipment had arrived and we scheduled it to have it installed the next day at 9 am. Their installation team of AJ and Carver arrived Friday morning just prior to 9 am and got right to work. These two young men were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The installation was seamless and I could not be more happy that I chose Mitch Craig. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.

Mitch Craig cooling is fast service. I was without air for 4 days . I called them they came out first thing Monday morning and fixed my air. The young man was very nice and got the job done fast. The price was a lot less then someone else I have used before. I will always use Craig from now on. Thanks from me and my dog.

My husband and I were noticing condensation on our air ducts and called for an inspection. Chris came and looked at everything for us. He was very nice and professional and gave us helpful suggestions on how to prevent the issue. The pricing of his visit was a reasonable price and he didn't try to push any sales on us, which was a relief to us. I felt like he had our best interests in mind and truly wanted to help us with our issue. We will definitely call them in the future.
