We had them service our old unit and eventually purchased a new HVAC system from them about 5 years ago. Chris and his team always do a great job. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant, and our a/c was having issues since it was over 84 degrees in our house on a very hot day. He sent someone out ASAP and worked their magic on a temporary fix to get it more comfortable inside. We then ordered a new unit from them and purchased their service agreement so they ensure everything is running well and clean it twice a year. Call them for anything HVAC related.

I can't say enough good things about the quality of service and work I received!!! It was a challenge finding good help to solve the issue I was experiencing with my mini-split system, but now I'm very pleased and grateful to have heat in my home!! My confidence and trust in Absolute All American has given me hope that honest people still exist!! Thank you!

The first thing I want to say is that Chris V. was wonderful to work with, he seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done without pause. We set a time for them to show up, they were on time and got right on the job, and the crew was great to work with, very cool bunch of guys. They cleaned up after themselves and was out of here in no time. GREAT JOB Guy's, I highly recommend ABSOLUTE ALL AMERICAN!

During a sudden heat wave in the Sellersburg area, the slammed staff still had great customer service, with a very patient office and repair staff. Overall an outstanding experience with Absolute All American Heating and Cooling, their experts put my mind at ease with detailed explanations of my AC issue, and honest recommendations. The installation professional were knowledgeable and respectful, doing an excellent job in a short period of time. House now cools now so much better. Would highly recommend!

I called at 7 am and they were here by 7:30. I know that’s not the norm for anyone, but I am so extremely thankful they could fit me in. The issues were quickly identified and fixed, and I have cold air again after only one excruciatingly hot night! Thank you so much for explaining everything and showing me what was wrong. Couldn’t have asked for better service, 10/10!!

Eric from Zip was incredibly helpful during his visit yesterday. My AC suddenly quit working while it was upwards of 90 degrees outside, and he took time to thoroughly identify and fix the problem, while also explaining what the cause of the issue was. I always go with Zip because they've always provided excellent work. Highly recommend.

Zip Heating and Cooling did a great job, as usual. They are awesome at communicating through text and email reminders. Our technician, Adam, was friendly and professional. He checked our HVAC system and ordered the parts we needed the same day. Replacement was quick and installation took less than an hour.

Eric and Roger came to diagnose an air conditioner issue for me. What exemplary customer service! Perfectly on time. Wore shoe covers inside. Asked relevant questions to help them diagnose. Told me what they were doing as they worked. Consulted with a manager as they worked at one point. Offered several options to address it. Spoke to me directly and with respect. Y’all may be “Zip” now (no longer Absolute All American) but you continue to have my loyalty! What a great company with terrific employees!!!
