Foxy Landscape did a wonderful job with our landscaping redesign. Nathan and his staff were very professional and the pricing was much lower than other area landscapers had quoted. We signed agreement on a Friday and the work was completed on Tuesday. We are very happy with the results!

Never returned my phone call

Didn't reply to my request for a quote over a week ago.

Poor customer service. Never responded to my email even after I answered their question.

You can laugh all you want. Part of running a business is corresponding with potential customers. If you ask me for something and I take the time to get it for you and never hear back...after I send 2 emails...is poor customer service and wasting my time. Use this a lesson to respond and say you are busy and can't get to your right now. That's professional and respectful. I'm busy as well and don't appreciate you wasting my time if you can't work on my project.
