They did a great job on replacing my bathtub faucet and shower head. My old one was very old.

Had to have our boiler pump replaced. I called Monday morning and by 11:00am Scott was there to begin the repair and by 1:30 it was done. Great service and they didn't try to sell me on a new boiler or furnace. Just did what I asked with no complaints. The last time I had the pump replaced 10 years ago New Plumbing did it and it took 3 days to fix and cost 50% more. My only complaint was my pipe size was 1.25" and Scott had to go rent a kit at a local plumbing supply store so driving time and kit rental probably cost me at least $100 more. So make sure you let them know ahead of time in detail what they may need to bring from their shop. Take pictures and email them if necessary to minimize down time as they charge about $90 an hour plus additional supplies they may need to leave for and pick up.

Tried to charge me $400 for a $10 piece of pvc pipe change extremely expensive!
